Unfortunatelly as we arrived at our room, inside the bathroom there was no toilet paper and no light inside it as well, so we had to use the celphone light to be able to use the bathroom at night. There was nobody to give us our breakfast in our last day in the hostel., so we had to pay a breakfast outside the hostel, and one of the reasons we chose this one was the facility of a breakfast Other people that were in the hostel stealed our food and beverage that was in the fridge

Simple and good rooms. Good location and staff were helpful in booking tours and transfers to the mext city!

excellent athmosphere, with a very nice roof top over the town. double room is ok, just need to go through the dormitory to acces to the room.

Nice Hostel in a nice area. It is not a Party Hostel, but it is super relax and have all what you need. Lovely atmosphere. The living room at the roof top is very nice and comfy.

Lorenzo was excellent he sorted out our booking problem & emailed us to let us know that it was fixed. He is the nicest person that I have met running a Hostel, his helpful & happy demeanour was very much appreciated. The Hostel was always spotless, he assisted with our plans to visit places & booked us onto the tours efficiently. A great place to stay we had a good nights sleep every night.

Hey this hostel rocks! Lorenzo was very helpful and just a great guy all around. Everything was clean, close to downtown and there's a convinient store down the street. I would stay here again no questions asked! Thanks for everything Lorenzo

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this clean and pretty hostel. Lorenzo was particularly kind and helpful, particularly with my Beginner Spanish as the only way to improve is to use it. The tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle in the main square and the Real de Guadalupe & Miguel Hidalgo , which are a five minute walk away, was a blessing. Help was given with directions, organising a trip and suggestions of what to see. I would happily stay here again.

The cleaning lady was very lazy, we stayed for 6 nights and she did not once ask do we need cleaning. She took bathroom trash out only twice and only when asked and thats not good enough. Otherwise very nice place. Breakfast avarage.

A very enjoyable stay as a base for further Chiapas excursions. Lorenzo was especially helpful in arranging those trips. This hostel has been one of the best in my experience in facilitating exchange of information an interaction amongst guests. Good Job!

The hotel is in walking distance to the bus-terminal and all major sights in the city. The room incl. the bathroom was clean (haven't checked the other places). Wifi is fast and somewhat stable. Security is good (own key to front metal door, stable lockers in the room). There's hot water in the shower and enough blankets (nights can be chilly here). Friendly staff. Definitely a good place to stay.
