Recommended by many tourist books we are centrally located with recently renovated rooms and easy access to the metro-bus system , the most unique location within walking distance of all the main sights and 5 minute walk from Termini train station ( Ryanair / Terravision & shuttle bus stops just 4 blocks from our place ) .

- Rooms,in the Hotel section, are comfortably furnished with: air conditioning, private bath, hairdryer, colour tv, telephone, mini fridge.
- Note : Vewing our rooms in the picture is our Hotel private ensuite . It's not Hostel private rooms or dorm rooms .
- All our dorms have a shared bath & no aircondition.
- Private rooms in the dorm (Hostel section) have no private bathroom & no aircondition - shower & toilet is on the same floor.

- As we are open 24hrs a day you can come and go as you please. We are a relaxing base where you can re-charge your batteries before you hit the town at night .
- let our helpful English speaking staff help you plan your time in Rome .
- Age limit - 35 years max.
- All credit cards are accepted.
- Cancellation Policy :
Pls note that cancellations must be done three days prior arrival by e-mail , if you do not give us 72 hours notice ( 3 days ) of cancellation by e-mail we will unfortunately have to debit your card .

- When you arrive you need to pay for all the days you have booked .
