Toilette seat in one bathroom was broken, detached from toilete and so kind of unusable. Shower head holder was broken in other bathroom, so the shower head couldn't be mounted to wall. Staff was not rude, but not so friendly either. Rooms were bare. So the place is ok to stay at because its safe enough, and clean, and cheap. Other than that, not a great hostel. I''ve been to better.

The staff was very unfriendly and dull; the room was equally as dull. It was fairly clean. The "bed" was awful to sleep on, and I was aching for a few days after I left. I even had to switch to another hotel because I couldn't take another day of staying there. The only plus is the location right next to Termini and Repubblica. You can get ANYWHERE from this hotel, but I warn you that you can find somewhere MUCH better with similar location -- There are hotels everywhere around Termini.

The price was normal for the new year and it's not as close to the center as you think. You must walk about 15 or 20 minutes, but you can use Metro which is very close and daily ticket cost 4 Euro. Also Market is close and you can by foods there. Apparently i've payed city tax additionally. Staff is very helpful, the room was clean and warm. And you feel like you are living in the apartment with somebody. So if you are in Rome for a few days it's a perfect place to stay.

The hostel needs a renovation. Also, the room doesn't even have a desk or a chair, for a 5 people dorm.

I stayed there during Christmas, so there was nobody else there, which was really nice. But in any case, it was very clean and the staff was friendly enough.

This place was ideal for a one-night stay, spending next to no time in the hostel itself. It's cheap as chips which is great but the rooms were totally bare and lacking any kind of homeliness.

Worst experience I've ever had at a hostel. The man named Will at the desk made the experience terrible for my brother and I. We decided not to stay there for nights we already paid for just so we didn't have to interact with this foul person. His customer service is nonexistent. I'm telling everyone I know to never go to this hostel! You get what you pay for: crappy hostel with crappy service.

The best thing about this hostel is that is has a really great position near Termini station. I didnt like the thing that beds are right next to each others, it would be better if they are like bunk beds, it gives more space to people in the room. Showers were good and clean but they didnt have any mirrors in the bathroom and no place for a soap or a towel in the shower. Anyways, its really good for 10 euros per night, its a good deal for that price.

They don't have the infrastructure to be a hostel. They just rent some rooms in a building. Everything was dirty and old. It was the worst cost-benefit for sure.

5 minutes from the train station, but the night life/ sights aren't very close to termini. The rooms are decent. My only real complaint would be that there was only one outlet in each room so if you wanted to charge anything you needed to go down to the lobby. For the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Bad points: You will have to pay 2 euros extra per person per night (city tax), although it is not explicited in the info of the hostel. It is not very clean, but fine. The are no lockers in the room. Good points: Excellent location (close to Termini, supermarkets nearby, bars/restaurants a few steps away). Nice views from the window. Helpful staff.

Nice hostel, and it has a really good location. The Coliseum is really close, the Forum and other interesting locations too. The terminal is close, which is great to take a bus to the airport, or a train... The place is really clean, and the staff is lovely. They were so attentive with us, and they even upgrade my room to a better one, so I really enjoyed myself and had a great time. The zone is full of restaurants and in front there's a bar, so is a really cool hostel to stay!

The hostel was small, cheap, and had a great location. In general, because the room had individual card swipe doors, i felt it was pretty secure. this is not a hostel to go and meet people while you cook your dinner and hang out. There really is no common spaces. The beds are also very lumpy, you can feel the springs digging into your back. THE TOILET SEATS ALSO NEED TO BE FIXED. if you want a cheap secure place to go back and sleep (next to 2 metros) i would definitely recommend this hostel.

I thought this was a pretty average hostel. I've stayed at crappier ones and I've stayed at nicer ones. It was really close to the main train station so that was really convenient. The staff was helpful. It was kept pretty clean although the facility is somewhat older. I thought they had reasonable prices, I would stay here again.

Double room was comfortable but but bathrooms (showers) on that floor were well below standard, One had no water pressure at all with a faulty hose pipe, the other had very little pressure and went cold. 2 bed dorm was basic, bathroom and showers were much better on that floor, although not kept clean, there was always a big puddle in front of the showers. Other guests in the corridoor were very noisy all night. Hotel staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Location was very convinent.
