Hostel Positano Reviews

Clean and comfortable. Short walk to Termini. Wifi only in reception, not in any of the rooms.

Hostel is very close to the Termini station it takes only 5 min by walking. We arrived there on a very late hour but they have 24 hour reception and staff was really helpful. We had a problem with our room and the receptionist solved it immediatelly. He really cares the business ethics because his attitude, for our problem, was very kind.

The staff was impolite, the bathroom weren't clean well in months. They don't care about clients and they put us on the street at night when we wanted spending thirty minutes inside the comun area waiting our bus. We were overcharged money because the bills were wrong and they did not want to hear us when we try to explain that they were counting wrong. They were only 3 euros but their attitude was horrible.

Forgot our adaptor plug and the gent behind the reception kindly let us borrow one, also got there very late at night but the manager waited up for us. The room was clean, spacious with a balcony and towels. Plenty of bathroom space as well with 2 bathrooms per 5 rooms. Plus a lift if your up on the 6th floor. I'd say definite value for money!

We enjoyed our stay in the Positano and particularly the helpfulness of the staff. It was very clean and quiet. Value for money was excellent. I would stay there again.
