The location was very good (close to the station). Apart from that we had a feeling that it was all about getting a money from the customer and that's it. Not only were there ants in our room but also it was extremely noisy as guys from dormitories were acting loudly during the night. We didn't even get towels (they looked more as big pillowcases. Honestly it was the worst hotel we have been to during our 7-nights-stay in Italy. Convenient was to be able to leave luggage after check-out.

Expect only a bed and no more. Very, very basic. Rooms and beds very old and run-down looking. No secure luggage storing facilities or no secure storage in rooms. On arrival, greeting was pretty much non-existent- I paid and was given keys and that was the end of any assistance from the staff. Showers and bathrooms were very, very dirty. I wouldn't return to this hostel but if you are on a budget it would do.

Noise during the night because of the showers and the heavy door...

Wi-fi should be made available in all parts of the hostel, and not just in the lobby. Should definitely consider putting lockers in rooms.

When I first arrived the bathrooms were filthy and they smelt. They were cleaned the next morning but by the evening they smelt really bad again. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Would not stay here again. It's definitely worth paying a bit more for a better place. The Yellow across the road is a much better choice.

Add official labels to the doors. Numbering them on pen and paper is not very professional.

I stayed there with 3 friends and we were pleased with it. It's a typical hostel so we get what we expected. Staff was VERY helpful ( gentleman who works in the evening especially!). The only thing that bothered us was dirty toilets and sometimes showers, but bathrooms were cleaned almost every day so if you came at right hours you had clean shower. The location is VERY GOOD. We stayed there for 5 nights and would pick that hostel again.

Staff could be nicer to travellers, they just don't seem to care enought about making visitors feel comfortable.

Only one big advice: if you want to eat well / cheap don't ask in the reception. They just adviced a supposed "great restaurant with very good food and very good price" that had 10% discount because we were staying in the hostel. But, please, don't do that, don't ask them for a restaurant. That's an hostel in a great location (just near Roma Termini) without any more very interesting points. Neither negative. You want beds? There are! You want a shower? Take it! Good for Rome's prices!!

Todo muy bien, excepto las camas un poco duras y la recepcionista rubia de muy mal trato, poco cooperadora y mala presencia

No secure lockers in the rooms. It was very cold and heating did not work. The rooms seem to hospital. The showers do not work well. Wi fi only reception, but there is not enough space, just a sofa. It's very expensive for the service it provides

If you go to this hostel, make sure you check out the bar \"the yellow\" across the street. Also it is in prime location, since its located by termini aka the only station in rome where both metro lines meet.

The WORST hostel I have ever stayed at. Extremely cramped, dirty, unfriendly, horrible value for money and the staff were not very friendly. Extremely regret staying here.

Good value - nothing over the top, and definitely has the hostel feel. Fine for a single night stay or a traveler on a budget or with expectations not set too high.
