Best location in Gdansk, the hostel is very clean with nice bathrooms. Unfortunately the blonde lady working in the day really gives the impression that she can't be bothered with guests at all, treating us as if we were an inconvenience. The other staff seemed ok but not particularly friendly, except Blonde guy who does nights, he was quite nice. I think it could be a great hostel but they really need to improve their customer service skills and create a better atmosphere.

Excellent location! Very nice hostel though the lounge wasn't very inviting and there was no true "hostel atmosphere". There was also no hot water only warm one. But still it was nice and clean place and the location rewards everything. Good breakfast and helpfull staff.

The room was way too small, i couldn't stand straight in it. The bed was almost on the floor and i found somebody else's underwear on the bed. I had the impression i was sleeping in a rearranged closet rather than a real room. The staff was not very helpful or polite. Breakfast was poor. The bathroom was clean but my opinion about the cleanness remains low because of the state of the room i was suppossed to sleep in.

Location was excellent, but there are no ensuites available, like it says on Hostelworld.com. There were twin rooms but there was shared bathroom and toilet. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

The hostel doesn\'t have hot water even when the weather outside is very cold. There was kind of a slightly warm water with which is very unpleasant to take a shower. Also the staff turns on the heating only for couple of hours during the night and during the rest of the time there was no heating at all. I am emphasizing on that because outside in Gdansk it was snowing and I was sitting in the cold hostel.

No towels, internet signal too low to actually use it in the room, staff quite rude and completely useless, no heating, no hot water (was barely cool for the shower), smell of cigarettes all over the place (even though it's no smoking place), breakfast was just a joke. DO NOT STAY THERE
