If you want make friends to enjoy all night long. This is a nice place to stay. Otherwise I believe there is better options.

Great staff and love the free Tequilla shots. Shower facilities could be updated since some racks are rusted and I dont feel lile putting my shower gel on it. Great location just mimutes away from ADO

I cant talk highly enough about this hostel. Not only is the location (2 mins from main bus station) perfect, so are the facilities, the people who run it amazing but the value with breakfast & evening meal cant be beaten. We had a private room as I traveled with a female friend. Top floor, ensuite with balcony - iv stayed in hotels costing x5 the price and been provided with a lot less than this. Great people, up for socialising. big recomendation

It's a great hostel to go,especially if you are traveling by yourself. It is a nice house, clean, and the most important, you can meet interesting people while having dinner. It makes people interact, and enjoy their vacations to the fullest.

This hostel was excellent; nothing short of that. If you are going to Cancun you will not find a better hostel for atmosphere. Sure it's slightly annoying that the hostel isn't in the hotel zone, but it just adds to it somehow. The 3 staff are awesome and always willing to take you out for the night. The fact you get breakfast and dinner for the price of your room only adds to it being one of the best i've ever stayed at in the world.

Seriously the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Better than a lot of hotels I've stayed in too! The only thing that could possibly be better is if this hostel were on the beach, but then it probably wouldn't have as much character, cleanliness, or value for the money.

Good place with a cool atmosphere, but it was a bit annoying that every night the staff did their best to sell everyone these tacky 600 peso parties to everyone. in effect this mean that if you are a lone traveller that wants to go out you either have to cough up the money for some pretty lame pool party with "unlimited alcohol (until like 2 am)" or go at it alone. though i understand why the staff did it, since if they brought people to these events they could party for free

The staff and atmosphere were better than excellent they were EXCEPTIONAL! We loved everything about the hostel. From the social dinners to the organised nights out this hostel has got everything right. We can't speak highly enough of it!

Great place to easily meet other travelers. , Alvino the cook, prepares a good meal at night.. Young spirited individuals of all ages will feel comfortble here!

Had the absolute best time partying while i was here. Went out every night and didnt have a days rest. the staff were awesome and everyone was very social. Stay here if you want to party in cancun.

The location is good,for cancun, given there are only hotels on the beach. It is very close to the Main Street so easy to get a bus to town (about 10 min on the R1) and it is near the supermarket and shops. The receiption lady easnt that helpful howevet the other staff were lots of fun,they organised a bus and tickets to a club, it waslots of fun. The rooms were clean. All the guest all had dinner together so it was great to get to meet every one. Great place to stay.

Excelent hostel. I very nice people and always ready to party. You will not regret by chosing it. Good food, cold beers and you really feel at home.

We stayed in a double room with ensuite bathroom and were very happy with it. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, the beds were made up daily and it was always clean when we returned from our daily outings. The food was very good and well-presented. A slight drawback was the noise-level on 2 of 7 nights, when alcoholized individuals communicated at the top of their voices in the early morning hours.

Good hostel to meet new people and party. I had a lot of fun staying here for spring break.

One of the best hostels in the world! I have stayed at some amazing hostels on this trip but the Quetzal is by far the best. Amazing people, staff, food, cleanliness and price! It really is the only place to stay in Cancun!
