The location was good, but I think I saw a bedbug in my bed, not happy about that.. Also the rooms were quite humid.

Staff extremely friendly and happy to help with any enquiries. Upstairs room was very cold of an evening - maybe stock some thicker blankets. Overall one of my favourite hostels in Mexico.

No windows and no AC... Guy at the front desk- Julio, was sooo unhelpful and looked either high, stoned or bored most of the time. The other guests all spoke Spanish only which is fine.. I like diversity, but a few Aussies or Europeans mixed in would be nice. Bathrooms were gross- no mirror in shower room... No lights or really dim lights... Not a fun atmosphere or vibe... Had friends at hostel che- much better and cheaper!

The location of this hostel can't be beat, less than five minutes to the beach, the shopping, and the ferry to Cancun. Rooms are kept very clean.

i Had a great time during the BPM festival , reservations are available enough even on busy days for as many days you want, you just need to change rooms but all of them are clean and safe. I met a lot of friends from all over the world. Had the chance to party on the lobby and take mix some music with my ipad.

Awesome location just steps away from the Playa! Staff is pretty helpful in providing information where needed and most of all, the place exudes a really relaxing laidback mood!

Some rooms do not have windows to the outside. Staff helpful. Very close to beach. Breakfast not included but available next door. Strong chlorine smell from indoor pool. Beds have lights and power plugs - good.

Hostel Quinta Playa was amazing to stay at. We were meant to relocate to another hostel b/c our friends were there and cancelled that reservation to stay at this hostel the remainder of our time in PDC. It was extremely clean and the showers were better than my shower at home. I've travelled SE Asia, Central America, and Australia doing the hostel thing and this is THE BEST hostel I stayed at!! Cannot say enough great things! The staff is amazing and well I'll definitely be back soon!!
