very nice staff and delicious breakfast

I am a blind person and the last time was there i noticed that the people working there took advantage of this situation and they ripped me off at the time of exchanging paying,in other words, they stole 20 euros from me and when i claimed noone assumed the blame.

I like the mood in the breakfast where I felt I am living in a big house of a big family.

Everything you would expect of a hostel.

In all of my travels through Europe (which includes 4 other cities), hotel ROOM is my favorite hostel by far! The staff is amazingly friendly, we had such a great time and felt welcome the entire time we were there! They definiely have it figured out when it comes to hostels, if you want to meet some fantastic people and have a good time, go to hostel ROOM! And say hi to Lexie, their awesome dog!

I can definitely recommend Hostel Room in Rotterdam, it has a downtown location, easily reachable and restaurants and bars not far from it. The Hostel itself also has a own cafe and at night a bar, so it can be a little bit noisy if your room is on the first floor, however since we were on the second floor we didnt have any problems with it. The showers are one of the best and cleanest I have seen so far and staff is unbelievably friendly. The rooms have different themes and are all very stylish

Too expensive for what you offer and the music is way too loud in the mornings. I won't recommend it to anyone.

De kwaliteit van het bed was matig. Het bedspiraal (bodem) was nogal doorgezakt, icm met het redelijk dunne matras was dit niet prettig voor mijn heup/rug. Het beddengoed was uitstekend en het ontbijt ook goed. PS: I typed everything in dutch, but I can't choose dutch at the end of this interview... succes with translating!

I had been in Hostel Room 2 years ago. If I will have the chance to visit Rotterdam in the future sure i will book this amazing hostel

The laundry is workable but i had to wait more than 4 hours for the entire process (2 hrs washing + 2.5 hrs drying).

Really friendly staff, want you to have a good time. Nice location, good Wi-Fi, nice bar, comfortable room (the themes are very cool!). Seems very male-dominated, though; female groups might feel a little outnumbered.

I recommend this hostel for everyone, young and less young.

Stayed at Room Rotterdam and it was great! Private room for 2 is good, clean and big. I think it could get better if there is more light at room. People at the hostel was very nice with us and the hostel has a great location right in Rotterdam center

This was one of the best hostels ive stayed in in Europe and I've been traveling for four months now, if u come to Rotterdam, STAY HERE! Good bar, good location, good staff, good beds, top notch

When I arrived to check in at around 11 pm, there was a party at the hostel. It could have been fun, but not so much if you need to sleep at night. And that is in fact what most people pay for and expect from a hostel, I guess. It would have been okay if there wasn't so loud music, or if it would stop at midnight f.ex. But literally the whole hostel felt like a disco, and when I asked the staff when it would be quiet, they didn't know.

Great hostel with friendly staff and a good atmosphere, hanging out at the hostel was more fun than Rotterdam itself!
