Some distance away from the central station, but the hostel was really cool, clean, secure, friendly staff, definitely worth a stay

This hostel is definitely a BUMP! The clerks always haveq cold faces, which are turned into smiles when they are walking their own dogs. It's not a bad thing to have a bar in the hostel, but it is the worst kind of place to stay when LOUD MUSIC is on until 02:00 in the morning. They provide breakfast to 10, while the breads and milk are all gone around 09:30, but they have no intention to replenish foods. All I want to say is if you want to have a bad experience in Netherlands, go to this one!

Stayed here for one night only so its hard to get a good gauge off the overall picture but we had a great time in the hostel bar and it was definitely fun but when it came to checking out we never got our deposit back for unexplained reasons and found the staff the whole way through very unhelpful and got the feeling that we were an inconvenience to them.

Enjoyed a fantastic stay of two nights at ROOM Rotterdam, after staying a night in the impressive but soulless OK Hostel Cube houses, it was nice to come here and be somewhere full of Character, very good location too.

Great hostel, one of the best I have stayed in. Large bar/common area full of chilled people getting high and everyone, especially the great staff, were super friendly. My room was a good size with plenty of storage room for bags and lockable under-bed drawers. Free breakfast also is a bonus. Would have loved to stay longer here.

The hostel is very clean. The bed is comfort and the duvet is very warm & soft. It is far from the central station. I spent 30min walk between two with my luggage. But it is very close the pier to go kinderdijk! There is a big common room with good decorate, drinks and free wifi. But only one computer for use. Wifi signal is week at the 2nd floor and even nil higher up.There is a metal basket under the bed which you may store you things. But you need to bring a bigger lock for locking.

Good location in a quiet area. Very close to the pier where has regular ferry to Kinderdijk (to see the windmills), and can reach the Erasmus Bridge with a short walk. The hostel provides the free map and a small guide book are very helpful. In my opinion, the efficiency of some staff in the hostel is below average. The room & wall decoration etc makes people feel that it is not clean enough.

The hostel was very nice. Clean rooms / bathroom was ok. Negative point was that none of the staff present could speak Dutch (in Holland!), only English

Good atmosphere, lovely building, helpful staff, good breakfast. Noisy however and bathrooms cramped and in poor condition (men's on second floor).

Very friendly and enjoyed our stay. Really liked the theme rooms. Very clean bathroom. Bit of confusion on first night but sorted out easily.

Really really cool hostel! The staff is very friendly and give really nice advice of the city! :) The rooms are all decorated in different ways and look very nice. They also have big enough storage space (with locks available!) for your backpacks. Most comfortable bed during my one week trip in different hostels in the Netherlands & Belgium ;) Quite near to the city centre and has a nice own bar downstairs which still isn't too loud in the evening. I'll definitely come back in the future! :)

really great social hostel. rooms are big, bar downstairs was awsome. bit of a stupid policy with the computer pricing but otherwise really hard to fault this hostel. staff are amazing and so chilled out
