Not the best hostel, besides the security point of view the rest of facilities were fine. The staff was nice and gave the information that I needed, they speak English. The room is clean and there are many things to do for fun. Rooms have air condition.

The location is very good, because is in the middle, between the center of the city and most famous beachs (Copacabana, Ipanema). The Flamengo beach (a really quiet one) is near. The only bad thingh is that rooms in the third floor are too warm

Was there for Carnaval so we payed more than usual. Bathrooms and rooms were cleaned maybe twice while we were there. No air conditioning in rooms. Recpetion hended out keys to basically anyone which was good for the friends who needed a place to sleep for the night but overall, not very safe. The best part was its location to Metro Catete which made getting to parties and the beach easy.
