Nice building, but the staff weren't very helpful and the crowd wasn't very inclusive. Lockers require a padlock which yhey sell (of course). Moat showers didn't have heat...had yo test them all yo find one that worked.

breakfast is good, location is great- walk able to metro station, beach, staff very informative. Two areas of concern- the air- it was just plain hot to sleep in the dorms- uncomfortable. And wi fi- for the two days I was there- wi fi worked half the time.

No A/C, excellent ubication, one girl was super friendly... the other one is not... no very good english or spanish... was okay for the price and the season.... my bf booked a bed but they mess up the books and we were 7 persons y a 6 dorm.

Was a good hostel but not much of an atmosphere. The location isn't the best but the hostel is close to the metro so it's relatively easy to get to copacabana/lapa. The rooms are really nice and clean and the staff were really friendly. There's a really cheap/great place to get food at the end of the road!
