Hostel Riad Fantasia Reviews

Riad Fantasia is a great boutique hotel - luxury hostel with the most comfortable beds I slept in in Morocco. Received warm welcome and plenty of recommendations, even got a lift back to the airport. The Riad has a lot of character that you just won't find in any of the budget hostels and well worth the extra money if you are looking for either a taste of luxury or want to get away from the partying masses but retain that hosteling atmosphere. I'll definitely return if in Marrakech again.

Great hostel, the only problems: -could do with locks on doors or a safe in the room to lock valuables -could do with electric heaters in the winter-I have stayed at cheaper hostel/riads that have provided these

A beautiful Riad with lots of charm. Jeanne the owner is really friendly and willing to help. It was quite quiet when we stayed but I think this was due to the time of year. Lovely room and en-suite and the breakfast is included

We stayed at this Riad for 3 nights and we loved it so much! Breakfast was awesome and staff was really nice.

Our stay in Marrakesh were amazing, and in part it happened due the wonderful Riad Fantasia. The location of the Riad is in the core of the Old City, very close to the Jemma El Fna, the main square. Kudus and Jeanne were great, helping us in every aspect of our trip. The breakfeast is one of the best points of the Riad. There is a very pleasant terrace too. So, we are very thankful of our stay in Marrakesh. If I come back (and i really wish it), I will stay in the Riad again.

We managed to get in at 0400 in the morning (we accidentally arrived too early), for which we were very grateful. Got good map and tips of what to see in Marrakech, especially valuable since they were in English language. The rooms are a little darkish (little light), but that is typical in Morocco.

We stayed here two times during our holiday and the staff is very nice and helpfull. The Riad Fantasia is beautiful inside And very clean. Roof terrace is awesome and location is great and breakfast is very good. We difintley recommend this place to everyone visit marrakech. Thanx again.

Kudus and jeanne are very helpful!!!

They people that run this place are absolutely amazing. They are the nicest people out and would do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, only a few minutes walk to the square, but far enough to be away from the smog.

Good room, good terrace, great breakfast, great staff.

The double room we stayed in was very nice, although we had to ask for it . The staff was helpful, a little unorganized with picking us up from the airport and also in the morning a little slow if you are in a rush to get somewhere on time. However, we would recommend to stay in this hostel.

Very very nice hostel with extremely friendly personnel. The main touristic square Djemaa el Fna within a 5 minute walk. Watch out for corrupt taxi drivers cause they will bring you to Hotel Riad Fantasia instead of HoStel Riaad Fantasia.

100 % to Kudus and his lovely mother ..... but :-) , after the second breakfast we missed the delicious pancakes ?! No worries - the also delicious "Oil-Kringel-Maker" is just around the corner ! A perfect place to explore Marrakesch. The description of the Hostel fits in every word. We stayed 5 nights a were absolutely satisfied with our choice and we would stay there again if Marrakesch is a Destination in close future. The hostel was great and in an awesome location. Kudus was amazing; he was always available when we needed him and was very helpful, giving us tips and suggestions for things to do. He also makes a damn good mint tea.

Had a great time in Marrakech thanks to the staff at Fantasia. I highly recommend it - brilliant location !! would go back to stay again and again.

This hostel has been what I wanted: cleanliness, security, location and PERFECT staff. If somebody ask me about it, sure I recommend it!

Perfect Location in Marakkesh! The staff is really nice and helpfull! The rooms are typical Marokko-Style, clean and nice! Very good Breakfast! Only 3min to the centre place in the city! Thanks for the nice stay! :-)

The Hotel is a paradise in a very very bussy old part of the town. But once you are in you feel like you are in a new world.
