Loved this Riad :) We had such a lovely time there and felt most welcome. Everyone working there was so helpful and made it a wonderful place to be. Would recomend it to everyone. We got lost in the streets and they sent someone to meet us which was very helpful. Very close to the main square and a good base for Marrakech.Loved this Riad :) We had such a lovely time there and felt most welcome. Very friendly owners and staff, and beautifully decorated but facilities quite limited. We had a private room for 3 adults, myself, my partner and a friend. We had a double bed, which was fine but our friend ended up with a tiny \\\"smaller than single\\\" bed. There was also only 1 toilet and 2 showers for the whole hostel - one shower in with the toilet and another part of the hammam - apart from those few rooms with en suite facilities. There is no sign for this hostel, so don´t even think of trying to find it without asking someone if you want to try and find the hostel on your own. Also, get a taxi or bus without the ¨help¨of the hostel staff. They´ll rip you off. There is no sign for this hostel, so don´t even think of trying to find it without asking someone if you want to try and find the hostel on your own. It is a beautiful place with very friendly staff. Nevertheless it is quite hard to find in the medina. There is absolutely no parking contrary to what was stated in description.
Another problem is that there are no lockers or any other way to keep its small items in a safe place when staying in dorms. It is a beautiful place with very friendly staff. I really appreciated that the owner Fran emailed me right away asking if I needed a taxi to and from the airport. She was also very good about helping to arrange a desert excursion at the last minute and making arrangements for lodging.I really appreciated that the owner Fran emailed me right away asking if I needed a taxi to and from the airport. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here; I would recommend this beautiful Riad to anyone. The eternal free green mint tea is by far the best morroccan tea experienced. The English owner certainly adds to the warmth, knowledge and hospitality of the complement of the staff. The two assistants Rochelle and Alex were great. This is a newly founded hostel and you wont be disappointed; I wish them well.I thoroughly enjoyed my time here; I would recommend this beautiful Riad to anyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful and great place to relax (especially the terrace). The food was delicious as well.
The location is very close to the main square, although the area seemed a bit dodgy at night.
Not the cleanest place I've ever stayed in, and we found some cockroaches in our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and great place to relax (especially the terrace). The food was delicious as well.
