One of the best hostels I've ever been in. The atmosphere is so good that it makes you want to stay there all day rather than go out and explore the city, it really made me feel at home. The staff were also great, the manager Ali was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of tips about what to do around. I have no complain about my stay there in any ways, recommend it for sure!

FANTASTIC Hostel!! This is your starting off point when you reach Marrakech, from here you can easily book the various tours available here as well as get excellent advice from the staff. Merrick is a fantastic host, I can honestly say I came as a traveler and left as a friend. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and an atmosphere that really feels like home. Seriously, after a 3 day excursion to the desert, it felt like home coming back and resting at the Rouge.

What an amazing different Hostel! You'll feel yourself comfortable at the first second of your arrival! The staff and the people are great, it's easy to get in touch and make new friends from all over the world! Super hostel. Mijn eerste reis alleen, is me heel goed bevallen!

This was a great hostel - the staff was really friendly and helpful, and as a solo traveler the atmosphere of the hostel made it really easy to meet people. Loved the rooftop balcony where all the guests hung out. Beautiful hostel - don't think my trip to Marrakech would have been half as good if I stayed somewhere else. Highly recommended, especially if you're traveling alone and looking to meet people.

It was very noisy in the middle night when some youngsters kept shouting and chatting just beside your windows. There is no air-conditioning, and the fan they provide can be very small. It is very hot in the roof room even if in the night. The price is high comparing to other hostels

I don't usually review hostels, but this was definitely worth it. The location is very central to all the sights we need and the hostel has a very good atmosphere with a nice terrace to relax after a day at the markets. It is pretty clean, good showers and toilets and decent beds - all you need from a hostel for a good price. Malik and his staff were very helpful, always readily available with a smile and more than happy to help/suggest what to do/answer any questions about Marrakech. Great job!

I spent only two nights in this hostel as a stop over for my sahara trip. People are very good and welcoming. Got good suggestions about the city tour and super breakfast. But only complain is poor draining of water in bathroom sinks and rest is excellent. I like your video in you tube to find hostel address.

It was a little difficult to find because the city is a maze of streets, but once there the staff were wonderful. The wifi worked on my phone, the cleaners do an excellent job, and the rooms and beds were good. There was too much smoke in the hostel at night for my liking, but it was just for one night so was bearable. The staff did a good job to keep everyone quiet after midnight.

A wonderful hostel with a very friendly and helpful staff. I've enjoyed my stay. It's a little bit hot in the dorms (no A/C or fan) but it's ok. Thanks for everything!

Nice place. Better to book the 1st floor rooms (more expensive) If you are on the terrace, and if it's hot, it(s just impossible to sleep (or either you have to sleep outside)

Ali is super nice and helpful, but the space in the middle is open with no roof so it can be noisy. There are no AC, electricity was on and off, wifi wasn't working, lighting is very dim, bathrooms are not so nice. I feel that 4 bathrooms wasn't enough for such a big hostel. I was staying at a tent which is not supposed to be a room, so it was cold, and rain leaked in all over my stuff. There was a camera in the room which was unpleasant. Good location, but not worth my money.
