I loved this hostel! The staff was so friendly and helpful! Our rooms was nice and clean. The hostel has a great bar (with low beer prices!) on the roof (nice view!) and is very good equiped (kitchen, computers, WIFI,...). The location is awesome: just a few meters to the beach and to 5th Avenue and the bus terminal and wallmart are just in 5 min walking distance! The bathrooms were very nice as well!!!

Extremely friendly beach crowd at this hostel. Everyone working from the front desk to the bar are willing to help and welcome you to Playa. I would recommend as it is just off of Quinta and great location. Ask staff for great food spots aside form the usual 5th ave crowds. Thanks for the great vacation. Even though this hostel advertises that they have A/C in the dormitories they only turn it on between certain times 11pm - 3am being one of them. Unfortunately they don\\\'t turn it on again until 7am, which means I usually woke at 5am - 6am because I was too hot. Also the breakfast is rubbish, well unless you\\\'re happy with bread & coffee. This hostel was very convenient to the downtown shops, restaurants and ferry. Since it is located above a restaurant/bar it was a little noisy until late at night.
