Excellent!!

Very nice place to stay. Nice party atmosphere. Very well located. Close to the beach and the 5th avenue.

Cool to have sofa and balcony in 14 bed dorm! Got really hot in mornings though, more than one a/c unit needed...staff (especially Marcelo) were fantastic, and the rooftop bar comes alive every eve...definitely stay here if you want to hit 12th st and party till 8am!

Place to go if you like meeting people from all over the world and are in the mood for some socializing/partying. They organize outings every night, plus the common area is a great focal point where all travellers can gather to socialize/drink. Only negatives I can think about is if you are looking for a very quiet place, this hostelv might not be for you, also apparently the bed next to mine had bedbugs, but no one else in my dorm reported problems. The staff quickly disinfected the bed.

The only problem...for an older guy alone....was the noise late at night from the bar downstairs

AC in rooms OUTSTANDING!! Great Great location Its a Party Hostel, at 12 peolple are invited to leave but the 2 discos next to it (one with creapy local music and the other a lonely karaoke) makes it impossible to sleep if you are not drunk!! Very Nice people and helpfull staff

We stayed there one night and we only spent few hours inside. There was only one bathroom for a whole 12 bed dorm and not too much space. Staff and people we met there were nice. The only big problem was that we all got a lot of bed bugs bites! If you are just going to Playa del Carmen for a night and you are planning to party hard, this is your place. If you are staying more days, I would look for something else.

Very nice staff and location, but it's a "party" hostel. If tyou want to sleep, it's not a good place; if you're looking for party it's perfect.

very nice hostel, too much fun! free drinks at night for girls! near to the beach! the only problem... 2 or 3 showers... but I would return definitely!

This hostel is situated above a bar/ club which plays deafening music until 5am. You might as well save your money on the room, leave your baggage in a baggage drop and stay out all night. Love nor money would make me go back.

Location is spot on near the beach and the busy 5a Avenida, I personnally don't mind the music coming from the bars close by, so if you are looking for a busy place, loud music (especially night time), fun come here, if not, better look somewhere else. Staff are really nice and provide any info you might be looking for, it's close to the ferry to Cozumel, very laid back atmosphere. Would go back.

Wouldnt reccommend this place. Beds - the worst beds ive slept on in 9 months.. they really are bad im not exacgerating! The spring are about to pop out! Breakfast - Only Toast Value - Way too expensive save ya money and go to HOSTEL PLAYA - then go to the bar when u want to party (Bar opens at 5 so go then Staff - OK Cleanliness - Guaranteed, wee and yak on your toilet Noise level (Good luck sleeping If you dont want to party!) Location - Brilliant right in the centre of everything.

The staff was really friendly and they offered lots of activities for day and especially night! The only thing was, that they seemed to have only two bathrooms for about 6 or more shared bedrooms and the breakfast was not really worth calling a breakfast.

I thought the hostel was good. Great place to meet new people at the pool deck at night. The bartenders take people out every night and generally can get you in for free. Very fun!

the hostel was at a great location and the staff were extremely nice and helpful, suitable for young people and travelers. The only downside to it was above a pub so you are kept awake until 5am with loud music! Other than that, i would definitely come back.
