were meant to be picked up at the airport, but were not. took a taxi to look for the place but could not find it. nobody knew anything about it either. phone number provided was switched off. next day managed to get hold of a lady on that phone number but were told to wait for a callback. she was´nt even on the island but mainland chile. promised callback was never received and when number called again, phone was switched off. lodged a complaint with you guys, could you post an update on that?
