fist impression is not very good but the place is under construction and it's getting better and better :)

Free wine and interesting people, which is definately an advantage. However, the standard is really low, each room is simply a small basement, with no windows nor heating. The air is not fresh. There is no kitchen (but they provide a free meal once a day), bathroom unclean. Low price, but the standard of the hostel is below the European minimum. Maybe it is worth to pay more and get more, specially when you are on holiday.

centrally but entrance is difficult to find (down in a parking garage), free wine&dinner.
