Reception was friendly and spoke english and also very helpful with any questions we had. They were kind enough to accomodate our late checkin, and they were generally nice people. The rooms were decent the bathrooms were clean. Value for the little money you spend. And it was pretty easy to get to Milan's city center from there.

A very clean, modern and comfortable hostel. The basic facilities are available as stated and the staff were friendly and helpful. No kitchen or common rooms, but upgrades are in progress and the hostel will, I'm sure, only improve. Wifi is free and reliable and the bathrooms are all very clean, albeit missing a toilet seat. It didn't bother me overmuch. It was hard to find the bus stop from the train station from the directions. You need to walk past the airport buses before you see the tunnel.

I arrived at the hostel but they had some work going on and the room was unavailable. It would have been good to know that in advance. I was redirected to a 3 star hotel nearby for the same money,so I was better off. The guys were helpful with the information and there were no problems. I gave average votes because I did not stay at the hostel,so unable to rate it

Though this hotel has good location, nice and clean rooms, I couldn't sleep here at all. In the night it was really noisy. The staff can't really control the people that are staying there much (and they weren't considerate at all), but the problem are also the doors - front and room's doors. They are sooo noisy that you here them all over the hotel. Bad experience for me.

The guy at the reception was very nice, willing to give all the information needed. Free wi-fi was a plus. The room was great, very clean and comfy. I was in transit so didn't stay long enough to judge the fun and life of the hostal, but it seemed very quiet and peaceful. Since I wasn't so familiar with the public transport in Milan, I found the easiest way to get there was taking M3 line to Repubblica or M1 to P.ta Venezia, and there the S10 to P.ta Vittoria...then walk or take the bus.
