Good, nice, and clean hostel, centraly located ,near the night club, Many bars nearby. Very good Party Hostel.

there shouldn t be so many beds everywhere, it makes the place like really dark and doesn t make you feel like you wanna stay... with less beds, there would be maybe less opportunity to make a lot of money but the hostel would have better reviews, so more people... it s not really clean, not cosy at all, and a fridge is the minimum you expect in a hostel, even a cheap one!

Building is beautiful on the outside (an old castle) but you don't really get the feel of that inside. Lay-out isn't great - we were in a private room & had to walk through the dorms to get to the bathroom. Our door opened right next to someone's bed with not a lot of space so was a bit awkward when we were leaving early in the morning. Also toilet & sink not in the same place, you walk through another room. The location was good & the staff v friendly & helpful & Lviv is lovely

The lavatory was blocked up nearly all the time, I stayed there. The rooms are piled up with bunk beds, so you have to hope, the number of guests is lower as the number of beds. On the other side is Igor, a really friendly and helpful 24/7 manager, who always has an idea to help the guests.

What a sty! So cramped, could hardly turn round. Floors thick with grime. Reception w/foul, sewage odor. 1 toilet (broken seat). 1 shower available in filthy, mold-caked tub with a ratty curtain. Refrigerator out of service. "Massive" common room? Completely filled with bunks for rent. "Smoking on balcony"? Blocked by more bunks. "FREE BREAKFAST"? a plastic bag of cold, dry toast largely untouched for days. Contrary to ad: no games room; no cable TV; no restaurant. "Hot tub"? It is to laugh!

A lot of things in the hostel needs to be improved but in general its very good hostel . And the most importantly the staff is very hospitable . Anna is simply - excellent ! She was a very good-natured when I hurt my feet , she led me to the doctor across the street , It was very nice of her .

Very nice staff, locatiion in a castle is great and the atmosphere was very friendly!

the place is well located just a short walk from central station. the staff was always great and put in extra effort to be helpful even though it was busy with a customers.there were two showers and bathrooms, we never had to wait. it was nice and clean , we had free breakfast but , It would be great if there were eggs or something added to the free breakfast!

I've stayed in this hostel for three night and without Ania i could write any good words about it. Ania was the only good thing in this hostel - very helpful and kind girl. When you enter in the so called hostel it's stinks. The beds are not comfortable, in the room was very noisy, people were walking in and out. The bathroom was not so clean the same story in the kitchen. If you just need place to crash yourself, ok but for more i would advise you to pay 1,2 euros more...

Impressive castle , the rooms are cool enough while the outside is very hot . The castle helps to keep the temperature cool, which is very important when its so hot outside . Very friednly staff , speaks fluent English . very hospitable to the guests. The hostel is clean and tidy. Excellent management and pleasant home atmosphere for the guests.Recommend

It would be nice if there were some more pots and pans to cook in the kitchen

I choose this hostel because of the location , it is very cheap , the cheapest sharing room, also clean and friendly place , even free breakfast at the morning , simple breakfast , but it is free and included in the price. nice place to stay.

Roxelana has perfect location: park with open swimming pool, aqua park, train station 10-15 min by walk, city center 20-25 min. Inside the hostel small but rather comfortable kitchen with necessary dishes. Owner kind and hospital person. There are simple slipping places but good price. So if you are going visit beautiful Lviv - B&B in that old castle will a good choice.

The hostel was between the train station and the city center, and I could walk to both even past midnight, so I never had to take a taxi. All important trams stop near the hostel. There was always some staff at the hostel, which could be very important if you are on transit by night trains. And it was a peaceful place to sleep, not party hostel. A spacey common room was lacking but in this small hostel you eventually get to know everybody anyway.

location is really good , easy to reach from the station. excelent facilities , safes , lockers. clean place , lovely staff. they offer a lot of activities , pub tours , walking tours , bike rent . luckily there were no football fans already , and it was quiet and spacious in our dorm.

no hooks in a new showers , the breakfast could be better ,The kitchen was a little bit unorganized, but very clean. This hostel is definitely good location , good value for money , they provided all i needed. nice and clean room , kitchen for use , renowated bathrooms , very secure , excelent sociable atmosphere , very polite and nice staff. Awesome place to meet people
