The key's can be picked up at the santa clause hotel, which is located at the city centre. I ended up in a four person room. With only me and my travel buddy to fill the room.

I like a lot the dorm, was for 2 person but I was alone so was great! like in a hotel!, but the curtains doesn´t cover all the window, had a space betwen them, and I was in the first floor, the dorm 104, so I feel unconfortable with these. And the check in need to be in the same hostal and not in the hotel, because is to walk and walk with the suitcase. The kitchen need to be bigger, because is for only one person to use. They didn´t check my toillet so I was without toillet paper the lasts day

Window was broken, bathroom extractor fan broken, kitchen out of order, bedding stained and beds not made up, helpline never actually helped us after 5 or 6 phone calls backa and forth, the room and bathroom were dirty.

Overall the hostel was great, but my one criticism would be that the pillows should be replaced. They seem old and are quite lumpy and uncomfortable!

It's a totally un-manned hostel. You have to check in and collect your keys from the Hotel Santa Clause down the road. It was the most expensive hostel i have ever stayed in at €35/night but this is the cheapest you will find in all of Rovaniemi.... I stayed in a 'two man dorm' which is just a hotel room with two beds really, and I had it to myself. It was clean and simple and had modest kitchen facilities available. Easy walk into town. supermarket nearby for self catering.

You have to check in at another hotel which is about 1000m from the hostel, that's really awful for tired backpacker, especialy under terrible wheather, however, the room is clean and lovely.

It's a simple place to stay one night. They don't offer anything special but a room. The kitchen was dirty and internet didn't work in our smartphones.

It was totally fine for an overnight stay - secure, clean and in a reasonable location.

Good location, short walk to town. Had to walk to hotel first to check in which was a bit out of the way. Large hostel, but tiny kitchen, could only fit one person in at a time.

Only hostel in the area unfortunately. No staff on the premises itself have to walk to santas hotel to collect keys. Kitchen is very limited, no microwave or oven and limited utensils. Although rooms are clean, very hotel like
