It's boooooooring. We don't have staff, we don't have atmosphere because we don't have shared places! Only for sleep and GET OUT!

As it seems to be the only budget accomodation in Rovaniemi, Hostel Rudolf is quite OK. The staff at Hotel Santa Claus is very friendly but we didn't like it to have no information possibilities on spot as the flyers there were a bit run out of date, too... But the rooms and facilities are clean and quite comfortable and the location close to the city centre is ok but the train station is quite far away.

I was happy with the helpfulness of the staff at Hotel Santa Clause and found the Rudolph to be well located in town

Just think like you're sharing hotel two bed room. Other things were fine. Wifi is bit weak in the ground floor, so if you want to skype, try at the corridor on first floor.

The towels and beds were OK. It was nice that it was possible to move the bed, as beneath the window it was really too cold. The mini-kitchen was working but really ugly. No real place to socialise (4 chairs are not enough for so many rooms). This is a last resort if you can't find any other place to stay.

The cold air blew into the room from the window. And one more strange thing is when the TV was power off, there were some sounds came out.
