I said the staff was poor because there is none at the hostel, the staff at the hotel Santa Claus are very nice.. People book through hostel world all the time, u might want to put a note that although you are staying here, you have to check in somewhere else.. The phone in 306 don't work.. The little kebab shop just down the street is nice.. And the wifi only works in the lobby.. Too expensive for a dorm room..
There's no staff at the hostel. You'll have to walk to the hotel and get checked in. But generally the bed, the bathroom, the public kitchen, everything is good.

wifi not in rooms only in the main entrance... the kitchen is really small i guess they don't really expect us to cook. The kitchen sink is a bit smelly. The location is good as it is very close to centre. But it is quite expensive for a hostel.
Great location. Know that there are no staff on site, but kitchen was disgusting that put me off cooking food in there. Also room obviously hadn't been checked properly when cleaned otherwise would have found tomatoes under the bed from the previous person that stayed there. But was a comfortable stay.
Security was so excellent that we couldn't get in the hostel. And the reception is half a mile away then we walked to the reception and back, to reach our room. There was no staff in hostel to contact and the rooms was cold. Actually the whole concept was a ghost hostel. There was no internet in rooms or common places (kitchen eg.) Only thing I like was hot water in shower
Ridiculou system. I couldn't check in at the hotel. I had to go to another hotel that is 600m far from Rudolf hostel with my baggage. Then I got keys and come back to Rudolf hostel again. It made me very exhaust. Additionally, I couldn't connect Wifi in my room(102.) It was very week signal even in the lobby.
Very quiet hostel a little bit walking from the city center, clean rooms. Reception was in the center, great breakfast in Santa Clause hotel for 11 euros.
The good points were clean room with own bathroom, secure entrance, friendly staff and decent kitchen. The walls were thick so noisy neighbours were not a problem. The bad points were that to check in you have to go to the Hotel Santa which is down the road and with suitcases is bad, the bed was a wooden blank and a sheet, but worst was at the curtains were way to small for the window so let in lot of light, this being July do the sun does not set made it very difficult to sleep.

We had a nice stay at the hostel Rudolf. The room was clean, wifi worked well, beds were comfortable.. absoluely no complaints, except for the high prices (which is very common up north unfortunately)
Unfortunately a bit of a ways out of town and inconvenient to check-in at other hotel. Room was clean and had TV. Average stay.
