The hostel is located in a very convenient location but the rooms are incredibly tiny even for a youth hostel.

Good cooking facilities, washing and drying machines for around €4. Cheap beer and cocktails durin happy hour and pretty resonable prices at other times! Extremely clean!

Fantastic hostel!! The hostel is really nice and VERY clean. Beautiful garden in the center that you can sit and relax in. Amazing kitchen facilities + laundry service. Our room was very clean and beds comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. They are very into energy conservation so the shower is on a timer, which wasn't as bad as I thought...water is nice and hot! Location is pretty good, not too far from central city (metro very close). Okay Pizza (1 euro) & bike rental 5 min away.

The hostel was easy to find amd well kept. I enjoyed the garden and the kitchen was well equiped... Just a bit small for the number of people the hostel held. The common area and bar was nice an often busy. My only complaint was the fact that there was only one toilet amd one shower for around 12 girls, alsp the shower was very small. The hostel was aldo a bit more pricy ... But thats partially jut how vienna is.

One of the best hostels I\'ve ever stayed in. Friendly and helpful staff, loved the tiny garden, good-sized and tidy rooms and plenty of toilets and showers. Nothing to complain really. :)

I adred this place! Great staff, great breakfast, great everything....location excellent. Just one thing..I am not sure why it is so expensive to use their internet. Few places are free, and I do not expext this, but 2 euro for 45 minutes too me is a bit rash. So, I give it 99%. It is an excellent excellent place to stay and meet other travelers and it is very clean and pretty. The gardens are beautiful!

Hostel Ruthensteiner was great! It was very close to the West Bahnhof and within walking distances of both the city center and Schönbrunn. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the common spaces were nice too - I especially liked the courtyard. You have to a pay a little bit for breakfast (3 options ranging from about €2.50-€3.50) but there are also grocery stores and bakeries nearby. The shower in my room was on a timer and a little small but overall I really enjoyed this hostel.

Wonderful place. Central but peaceful location. My 8-bed female dormitory was a bit small, but very peaceful, light and clean. There were lockers in the room. There was a wonderful en-suite bathroom and a separate sink. The hostel was very elegant, lovely decor. Very good guest kitchen. There were good washing machines and driers (free washing powder!). WiFi worked well. Also PC's were available. The whole staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. I got a lot of information and help.
