I loved this hostel. The best part of being in Vienna! The staff were extremely helpful and pointed out things to do and kept makin sure I was taken care of. The only thing I would complain about was that there was only one bathroom with a shower for a room of 12 people. Had to queue up to shower at night but luckily we all got along so it was no problem. The hangout area and kitchen are really nice. And I liked how there was a table to sit at in the room and the heaters worked!

A nice hostel well located in a quiet street. Everything is clean. A lot of facilities including a bar. We stayed in a triple room. This one was too small for three peopleand shelves are missing (the only real negative point).

Totally subjective opinion : care or uncare :) - Baby breakfast (4e -> one bread, a baby cup of flakes and an orange juice OK ;) - Staff : If you don't like your work anywore, just QUIT (This is also available for you guys, who read this and any work in general except Football player). By the way, staff girls are not so Hot (personal) - Location is not the best (you will find easier Wombat franchise -> one beer at the arrival as welcome - No cucarrachas its clean OUF With love Von MExico

Nice and clean ensuite facilities. Great atmosphere to relax or socialize with friends. I enjoyed mybstay there.

This hostel is a very nice clean Hostel. The have a very warm and patient staff. The bar and happy hour aren't a bad time to meet fellow travelers, but you may get caught in a conversation and not make it out into the vienna night. The staff helped me with mapping, planning, and even figuring out what shows to try and grab a cheap ticket for. I would/will recommend

An absolutely fantastic hostel! I would definitely stay there again. The staff were amazingly friendly and there were plenty of lockers to store your valuables safely. It was nice and central (only a few minutes' walk from Westbahnhof). There was also the right balance of fun and quiet - there is a bar in the hostel, yet there weren't people rampaging around drunk making a noise all night as at some hostels. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast very tasty. I'm very impressed!

Staff is so friendly~ location is great! you can stay in living room to chat with other people , and that make me feel really like home :)

Pros: Cheap bar, decent common room and relatively friendly staff. Cons: This place gave an impression of extreme cost-cutting. Motion sensor lights everywhere on short timers made for dark toilet and shower experiences. The shower water was set to a 10 second timer! No soap in the private bathroom and nowhere to dry hands in the shared bathroom; gross! When we complained, the staff said that the owner made it that way deliberately. What the heck?! Breakfast was utter, bland basics.

Free use of internet-connected computers. My room was actually in another building opposite the building containing the lobby (not a big deal though). Minor gripe: the bottom bunk of the bunk beds cannot be comfortably sat in because the top bunk is too low and there isn't enough head space. Relatively close to the train station. Restaurants close by for a quick bite to eat. Would recommend to others.

Was here during off-season and had a great time. I can see this place being awesome during the Summer. It's also just around the corner to the Travel Shack, which is where all the international travelers hangout at night. The staff here were also really helpful.

I found this hostel to be pretty good. It's decorated nicely, the piano is a great touch, and the bar is perfect for grabbing a few drinks. It was never too crazy in the hostel. And the combination of in-room lockers and safety deposit boxes at reception means your stuff is super safe. I liked the happy dream roll package. It's a little far out - but you can walk to places like Schönbrunn Palace easily. Everything was great, except the bunks don't have ladders. Baffles the mind.

Front desk person was very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

Out of 15 hostels I have been to, this was my favourite. I think I liked the hostel more than Vienna.

The hostel had nice kitchen, laundry on site, and the rooms were clean and fairly spacious. We had 10 people in our room and only one shower/toilet, so that was a little difficult sometimes. The hostel is right next to the main train station but a bit of a walk from the city center.

The place is clean, well situated and fine for the price but the staff could definitively use some smile. No surprise, Austrian politeness is legendary. After checking out we didn't even get a good bye. Can do better...

It's very nice and cosy hostel with great inspiring atmosphere. All necessary facilities were available and staff was friendly. Great bar and lovely music evenings were a pleasant surprise. We'll definitely come back!
