we staid un fire place not in sabrina. we enjoied evrything. thank you /

The hostel didn't exist and even with help from local russians it couldn't be located. Don't book here because you'll lose your money and get nothing in return.

How can a hostel like this still exists on the website? Book Sabrina in November. later they me an email saying they have to move me to another location which is 5 min from the center. I was fine with it. I arrived, found out that it's the GHETTO part of Saint Petersburg, was actually 20 min by Metro from the center. Since Im a local already, I was fine with it. Then I realized that this place is actually a Russian communal apartment! At least I spoke russian, but horrible service

Worst hotel! The person living there and in charge speaks absolutely no english and cannot communicate in any way. We thought this hostel was fine until night time when my friend woke up covered in bed bug bites and we saw the bed bugs. I emailed the english speaking administration of the hostel an they were very rude saying we brought the bed bugs ourself. We have not had this problem any where else on our trip and another guest in hostel sabrina said he saw bed bugs too. Take this hostel off.

I don´t recommend this hostel. The address they gave is wrong (Hostel YES is there now) and the phone number can´t be reached. I payed something to book the hostel and I never found the place and could call them and had to find another hostel to sleep there the very same night.

When we arived in the street the hostel had to be located, we could not find it. We walked around for 2hours asking people if they knew where it was. After 2 hours someone came with the key and lead us inside. Most of the poeple could not speak english and the hostal is 15 away from the city center.
