Great place to stay! My friends and I got the three person w private bath. Our room was very clean and neat. Clean towels were provided everyday! The staff also helped us w restaurant reservations. Very friendly and unique hostel!

The first person to greet us in the mid afternoon was lovely and very helpful. The remaining staff however seemed disinterested. Between the signs on the walls, DVD's they have but prefer you not use and the Internet password that suggests they'd rather you didn't log on you can't help but feel like you are being judged by the owner. Personally when I'm paying for the space I don't expect to feel bad about how I choose to use it. Rooms are run down but clean and it's close enough to walk to all

It is in a very good location, rooms were fine for what we needed but lacking abit in space. Our room was right next to reception area so a little noisy when people were arriving late at night but other than that a very nice!

Lovely little hotel, really enjoyed our stay. Good location, had the ambience of a little Florentine apartment. Would stay here again.

awesome location, very friendly staff, there was always someone cleaning, dvd selection, free wifi, adorable rooms (small but quaint) would definitely stay here again!

It was okay, not great but not the worst. The staff was fairly helpful, all doors were locked, but not always someone at reception. The bathrooms were not very clean and our room had Mosquitos.

Good value-money, the bathroom could be a little bigger, the restaurant downstairs is a little noisy on weekends, excelent location, would recomend it if you want to rest after a long walking day, I would stay here again.

The lady at the front desk gave us some recommendations for restaurants in Firenze and they were fabulous! She went three for three on amazing places to eat! She was so helpful! There was a rather large stairway to get to the hotel but it was very charming once you reached the top.

The hostel is located in a very old building. The rooms are nice, but there's a strange smell with it and quite moisture. The mosquito is a problem.

The location is good. Close to the trains, Duomo, food, etc. The staff were friendly. There are no kitchen facilities, but there is a fridge. Complaints: walls are thin and the beds were uncomfortable.

best hostel among the many during the long trip. the location is easy to find and there is also a perfect chinese restaurant just two blocks away. the staff is nice and there is also some useful information if you ask.

This hostel was in a wonderful location and was the perfect place for a couple staying in Florence! The room was lovely and had a lot of amenities. I didn't have a problem with the notes asking for quiet past a certain hour like over reviewers, but sometimes the desk was loud and noisy early in the morning when we were trying to sleep, so I found the notes to be a bit ironic. However, the stay was overall great and I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Florence for a few nights!
