Hostel San Marino Reviews

This hostel was the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The dorm we were placed in was extremely infested with bed bugs. It got so bad that me and another person slept on the cement floor because there were less on the ground and Our other friend got so disgusted after killing so many in his bed that he stayed up the entire night in the common room. The worst part of all when I told the woman in charge she pretended to know nothing about the problem but her horrible acting said otherwise!

I caught bed bugs on the hostel, and not just a few bites. I was attacked all over. It was so unpleasant, and the hostel needs to get rid of this.

You can tell it's not a perfect hostel, but there is no cheaper option in San Marino (specially in winter time :) ). For sure hostel have very good value for not a big money You sped on it - and the breakfast is included !!! There is also bar with quite good pizza and lots of beer types to choose. Staff is rather italian-, not englishspeakers :)))

Great value for money, especially as breakfast was included within the price. You can either walk up to the top of the Old Town or catch a bus from the road in front. Although there was hardly anyone staying when I was there, I can imagine that it would be a nightmare when it is full as there is only one toilet for the entire hostel and only two showers. The beds were not that clean as I got bites everywhere during the night all over my body from either fleas or bed mites......
