Didn't know there was a curfew until I showed up late for it! Wouldn't have booked this hostel if I had known there was one.

Lovely, super helpful staff with really good English. Good kitchen facilities and has a self service laundry which is a really useful feature! Right by a bus stop or only a 10 min walk to lots of things. Really enjoyed this hostel!

C'est bien localisé. Il y a une cuisine qui peux bien servir pour économiser au niveau de bouffe. L'accueil est gentil et nous a donné pas mal d'information pratique.

Staff were very kind, especially after I'd been ill in the night. Kitchen looked well equipped, easy walk from the station. Would definitely return!

staff is the nicest! my friend was very ill when we stayed there and they did everything they could to help. its not in the center center of florence...but you can walk wherever you need to go with out a problem. the train station is a 10 min walk which is a plus...especially if you have been travelling for a while. ...my friends camera was stolen though....so just watch your things

Convenient location in the city. A lot of people. In the kitchen, toilet and shower lacks the necessary things. Needed knives, spoons, soap, toilet paper, tools, and sponges for washing dishes.

A wonderfully located hostel, which is a mere five minutes from the bustling center of Florence, this place is ideal for its price and quality. The kitchen/dining area is enormous (as are the rooms) and house multiple outlets (basically gold to the modern traveler).

Huge maze of a place. My locker was broken when I arrived- I inquired at the desk I was told I could leave my valuables at reception whenever I needed and that it would be fixed the next day. 4 days later still broken. One night our door broke (somehow?), so we had to keep the door open to not get locked in or out. Any random could have come in... There was one outlet in a room for 6 people... there were 8 beds, though, which seemed dodgy. Kitchen average, showers not very private. Overall okay.

Great location, very poor atmosphere. The rooms were very big and had a lot of beds but characterless and creepy looking.

This hostel was pretty nice for the value. They give you towels and a lock for the lockers, but you must give 10 Euro deposit which you get back at the end. They have 2 computers available, but they are pretty slow. There is a kitchen and dining hall which is nice. There is no soap in the community bathrooms, so bring your own before coming. I would stay here again, but I would characterize this hostel as a basic good hostel for the money.

The hostel have a large area to eat and stay, the kitchen is large but the space where people cook is limited (only one side of the kitchen), the shower is ok and the bathrooms are together in the same room. My room were for 16 womans, have loockers in the room but don't have enough plugs for everybody, i saw only 2 in all room ! Was a hostel that is for me is in the average, was not exceptional, but for one night or 2 was ok.

The main issues I had with this place was that the WiFi quality was extremely poor and kept kicking everyone off every few minutes, and the showers were on a 20 second timer so I had to push the button 100 times to take a decent shower. They provide lockers but you need a lock, you have to be in before 2am or you're locked out for the night, and they close the rooms for cleaning every day from 10am-2pm. I've stayed at better hostels for half the price, I just didn't think it was worth it.

Okay hostel, but the big rooms are not very conducive to socializing and are kind of old. Ours was above the church next door, so we got a full night of opera singing or something of the sort. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly. You can charge your devices at the desk.

This is a plain hostel in the city center. It was easy to access all the tourist sights by foot which was nice. The hostel is rather enormous and there isn't a whole lot of character. I did however like the communal area and kitchen...it was a good place to meet people.

I got a room in the 16 female dorm and there were literally 16 beds in one room with some lockers. You're assigned a bed and locker. Everything was really clean, but the lockers were a bit small. The wireless was great and they had computer you could use for free. The kitchen was free to use and fairly big.

The location is perfect, is close from everything and have all the facilities around! You just need to left a deposit for the towel, hairdryer and locker. The kicthen was ok to prepare your own meal. The only problem was the shower room because you can't look the door and the door is transparent. The water wasn't heating.

The hostel is huge but clean. It had the potential for a really fun crowd and atmosphere, though while we were there there was a school group of 15-year-olds and their teachers which was a bit strange. It did have potential, though, with a large common eating space and kitchen. We changed our travel plans and they let us change our reservation from 2 nights to just 1 without a problem.
