I spend a really nice stay in this hostel with my friend. I think that the hostel was clean, everything worked how expected and I really liked the athmosphere of the building. Although we had a little trouble with finding the place at first. But location is nice and Florence is beautiful! Oh and the room was really hot but I suppose it is normal in Italy...

It's cheap, but that's pretty much it. The dorm I stayed in (16 people) felt like a basement storage unit, with no windows and grim atmosphere. Also immensely hot during the summer, no AC and only 3-4 fans for 16 people so no one hardly got any sleep. No reading lights by the bed, and not enough electrical sockets. Bathroom lines in the morning.
While this is an "okay" hostel, the heat at night made it unbearable. Originally staying for three nights, I had to check out and find a hotel after the first. I was in a 6-bed female dorm that was MISERABLY hot. One useless ceiling fan and another (more useless) oscillating fan on the ground (which does nothing if you're in a top bunk like I was). There's only one area to charge your phone, no ladder to get up to the top bunk (instead, a plastic step stool), no guard rail on the bunk either.

It was not too bad, a little dark and not the newest facility but it didnt appear dirty or anything. However with the heat in Europe this year there was no air conditioning and that was dreadful. Other than that tho, not bad at all.
The hostel was in a good location and good value for money. The showers were communal and the air conditioning wasn't great in the dorms, but overall it was a good hostel. Good wifi and big dining room.
This hostel in Florence, while decently clean, was so hot to stay in - the sleep quality was really poor making the decent location not worth it. Management would cut the power over night so the fans would turn off...
This was a great place to stay for the night. I just wish the womens bathroom wasnt so far from the dorm room. It's a bit of a maze, but it adds a bit of whimsical charm. I liked how their luggage storage was behind a locked door. Rather than out in the open like a lot of other places. Free city map and shared kitchen with its own vending machine.
Staff is very professional.
This hostel was good for the amount that you pay. There were plenty of toilets/showers. The bad thing about it was that there is no aircon so the rooms were literally like a sauna, made it incredibly hard to sleep and the power points were all grouped together in the middle of the room so if you are worried about someone taking your phone then you can't leave it on charge over night. Wifi was always cutting out and just not connecting.
There was no air conditioning. The hostel was extremely hot every night and it was almost impossible to sleep. The bathrooms were disgusting, and the wifi was basically nonexistent
10 minutes walk to the city centre. Very good location. Supermarket is just next door so you can buy daily stuff very easily. But we stayed in a dorm with only a fan which is automatically turned off at midnight and can't be switched on again...can't tolerate the heat in the summer with a fan...people in my dorm woke up several times at night because of the heat.
Easy wal to the train station. Has a nice kitchen and balcony area. Nice place, good people, would come here again.
This hostel is great but one of their cons is definitely the lack of air con in the 22-bed rooms. Met a great group of people and it made all the difference. Close enough to walk everywhere. Recommend!
The hostel was in a good location, but it was very hot inside the sleeping quarters and bathrooms.

Communal areas were great and the location is perfect for exploring Florence. Our 16bed dorm was unfortunately cramped and unbearably hot as it only had 1 fan. Opera singing could be heard through the wall - bonus! Kitchen excellent with large fridges and plenty of utensils, pasta etc. bathroom far from our room and push showers cut off quickly. Had a great stay here but wouldn't recommend a large dorm in summer.
The staff was really good. Always open to help if you ask them smth
The hostel has everything you need - a good kitchen, common area, good location. The only issue I had was the second storey was SWELTERING and there's no air conditioning up there.. try get a room on the first floor!
The rooms were clean and bunk beds quite comfy and the location was excellent being close to both the town, train station and the river! Facilities to wash/dry clothes are available and easy to use and the showers we're also good! A great place to stay in Florence!
Only complaint about this hostel was the curfew. We were not informed during check-in,but the hostel locks you out from 3-6am and 10am-2pm. However the staff is very accomadating and let us a couple of times and even late after partying one night(it is Florence)The night staff is the best! Shout out to Ali! Great hostel to stay and meet other travelers in Florence
Was alright to stay here just for a few nights. Not one of the better hostels I stayed in but not bad. Lockers were too small for bags, wifi was poor and there was no ladder for top bunk. Other then this comfortable stay. Curfew was a bit annoying though! Locked out from 10-3 in the day and locked out after 2am.
