Great little cafe literally a minute's walk from the hostel. Good breakfast, great price.

Friendly hostel staff. Overall is a good hostel. One demerit point is that the female shower cubicles drainage system needs to be improved as when someone is showering the water is unable to drain off properly creating a mini flood...

It was amazing place! Especially the building . It was the dorm for charch before.

Nice hostel in the most perfect location. Nice kitchen to cook meals. Could have better wifi and they could dust a bit more but overall nice place. Didn't like that they locked you of the rooms from 10-2 and needs more outlets

Excellent for about €20 .Friendly, helpful staff.... Super clean and really good facilities. Overall 10 out of 10. highly recommend to everyone.

This is an ok hostel a little removed from the center of the action in Florence. The staff are nice but the atmosphere is lacking a little as the hostel has a bit of a clinical feel to it, like it used to be a hospital. Also the WiFi was fairly useless during my stay. The old school lock out rule, between 10 am and 2 pm, is also a little bizarre - I haven't seen this for a long time and it seems a little outdated.

Does not have the atmosphere of a hostel for young people. Has CURFEW at night and they close the rooms every day for cleaning for 3 hours and they dont let you in to take your stuff or use the bathrooms (only the one in reception which was NOT clean).

The only bad thing is that there are very few outputs in the dorm. You have to go all the way down to the common area to do that.

Staff were very friendly, but they were obviously understaffed, so there was often a wait if you needed something. Very good location - everything within walking distance. Perfectly reasonable 3am lockout and closure for cleaning during the day. The 22 bed dorm is what you expect - a bit like a prison, but that's what you get for that price. Good atmosphere, would definitely stay there again.

Ok hostel, rooms need fly screen on the windows as there is no air condition and they get very hot. Without fly screen the Mosquitos were about. Only one power plug in the room which was annoying. Easy walking distance from the station

The building is very old, a lot of stairs to get in the room. The room was hot and the bathrooms were very busy and dirty. The location is ok, but you have to walk a little to find a restaurant (specially if you arrive at night). There is a good place in the corner with cheap breakfast. It is a good hostel, but does not worth the money.

Perfect location, cheap, good value for money. The collective bathrooms are alright. The only weakness is that the rooms are not so ventilated, and the air gets really "heavy" sometimes.

With an excellent location, near the station about 10 min by foot, the hostel has luggage room and the beds are nice. If you want to enjoy Florence all day long and rest by night this is a good place to stay because is near the city center too.

Everything was excellent except for the wifi. It was slow af. The 22 people dorm was massive. Nothing bad about it really but maybe not for those who don't want to be in a room with so many people. There was no sockets to charge your stuff at the beds, that was a little inconvenient. You had to go to the common room to charge. But everything else was good.

Room itself not too bad and location reasonably central, but one power point for a dorm of six beds just doesn't work! Also bathrooms and showers not brilliantly clean, but ok for just a night if you don't need to charge anything...

It's really annoying when there's only a plug for the whole room, and you have to fight people to charge your phone. And there where no stairs to get to the upper bed, I had to pull a plastic bench that was used as side table to get to my bed. It was really hot but we could let the windows open because of the net to prevent mosquitoes. The staff is really helpful and nice

Cool hostel in a good location with good facilities and the receptionist was superfriendly and helpful.

Pretty decent hostel for the money you pay. The place is huge so it's a little maze-like to navigate initially and bathrooms can sometimes be a little far away from your room. Small kitchen considering number of hostel guests. Very inconvenient lock out from 10am - 2pm for cleaning.

Over all is great! Walkable distance to the old city centre n attractions, function kitchen, a supermarket next to, wifi work in the room, that is good enough!

None of our power points worked in our 8 bedroom dorm which was rather frustrating. No air con made warm night a little hard to handle. Wifi is temperamental. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Would look for another hostel if I visited Florence again.
