I enjoyed staying there very much. It is such at a city center, so very good access to anywhere. The owner, Nelson was very helpful, quiet but very nice host. The room was clean and cozy. I would definetely come back there again next time.

This hostel has an outstanding atmosphere. The owners are very cool and fun and one of them is always at the hostel. This is the type of place you could stay at for a week and feel at home. The meals are great too!

Absolutely perfect hostel experience. What other hostels should aspire to. Perfectly located in the middle of Evora, with really nice helpful staff, clean rooms, and a lovely roof terrace for shooting the breeze. Highly recommended.

This was a great hostel! Even with few hostels to choose from in Evora, this one upheld high standards. It was very secure and clean including lockers. The beds had blankets and the room had a heater (I went in winter so this was helpful). The location is perfect and there is a rooftop terrace that you can watch the sun set from. And the owner is super nice and helpful. He recommended a great self-walking tour, things to see, and places to eat. I recommend this hostel without hesitation.

Located right off the main square so if your room faces the square the view is great. It was super quiet in February but was still tidy, clean and with a good breakfast included. Plus there was heating in the room. The hostel owner was helpful and friendly.

travelling in the summer must be "more interesting" when staying at Santantao, since there was nobody else than myself and the staff (who was actually really nice). Although fun in the hostel was "zero", i could visit all the places i was planning too. That was what really mattered.
