Very nice hostel with excelent staf and very good location, I appreciate to be in Shappy Hostel, thanks, Daniel.

We had the slight disadvantage of being there while the bar was under renovation, but the rest of the hostel was excellent. The room was a bit small, but that's really a minor complaint. The location and staff were great and we had a phenomenal time in Zagreb (and the surrounding areas)!

The hostel is just in the city centre, has clean rooms with nice design. We arrived by car so it was a big plus for us that the hotel offered a closed parking place for free. We couldn't really complain about anything and

The staff was very nice and helpfull when we asked for directions and restaurants. Our reservation was for a single double bed but our room has bunkbeds. They immediately offered to switch rooms the next day when it was vacant. Both the room, beds and bathrooms were very clean and nice. The only downside was that the hostel was under remodelation so sleeping in late was a bite more complicated. Thank you very much for making our stay in beautiful Zagreb even better.

excellent hostel, because its located right in the middle of the city, next to two stops from the train station. went it very late at night, yet the staff was there to welcome us. good place, if you wish to roam around Zagreb. Only if there was a kitchen facility, it would have been better. Subhomoy, India.

Very nice hostel, great staff, very clean. One of the best I´ve ever been.

Nice hostel, came during Christmas time, so I think they were a little overwhelmed and had made a makeshift office. The staff was friendly, the location was wonderful, and the rooms were clean. Not the best place to meet fellow travelers, but a good place for a couple nights.

Nice room and helpful staff, good location....only a thing I do not like is there is no kitchen , or even a facility to make a cup of tea. It would be nicer if I could have more food menu in the cafe.
