This was a very relaxing place to stay...definitely felt like home. The staff were great, and very helpful with recommending fun things to do and see. It was also in an awesome location, close to pretty much anything you could need. I would definitely stay again!!

I had a great stay at Hostel Skippy - the loveliest little house, located perfectly on the beautiful river the goes through the city. Skippy and Teresa really took me under their wings, always willing to help me out and recommend things to see and do. well equipped homey kitchen next to the lovely outdoor terrace where i spent hours after hiking or just strolling around in town. Couldnt have asked for a nicer or more relaxed hostel. I ended up staying another night! Love!! /Matilda

Everything was perfect! Cozy rooms (we've had double room), nice location by the river, and very hospitable and helpful staff (owner?). Cesky Krumlov is one of the most beautiful place I've ever been to. I regret that we couldn't stay longer.

Definitely a cool place for ones who need to feel like at home. The terrace to the river was so nice!! Artistic style with paintings and lovely interior decoration made it very unique. More importantly, the owner and partner (and their friends) are so nice, friendly and very helpful in suggesting best things in CK that you shouldn't miss!!! Highly recommended! ^^

We had a great stay at Skippy's! Skippy was really friendly & helped us to make the most of our time in Cesky Krumlov with lots of advice on things to see & do, as well as inviting us to a gig she played in a local bar, which was great! The hostel is really arty & quirky & is great value for money. It is also in an amazing location on the river & has a relaxed & friendly atmosphere. Cesky Krumlov is a beautiful place to visit & it's worth staying for a few days to really make the most of it!

The hostel is not as far as the map shows because Krumlov is really small. Good view near the river and the girls there are quite helpful. The bathroom is also clean and u dont have to queue coz it's a small hostel not many guests there.

Only one shower/bathroom and one additional toliet without a sink. Kitchen is locked after 10 so if your hungry or want some water you better bring some. No common area besides small deck on back porch. Owners were nice, but seem distrustful (locking the kitchen). Price is cheap though.

the owner is really a nice person. she will tell you all you want to know about the village. actually, the village is small. so maybe the location is not so important to traveller.

The hostel is beautiful and is operated by family. The location is not at the center but 7 mins walking can reach the town. They are friendly to let us use their kitchen, but it is not open all the day. There is no living room in the pension, so you can hardly meet people. After you check out, you will not be allowed to stay in any longer even to use the internet in the lobby, because the young staff said it is not good for their guests to see you there - which I think it's absolutely ridiculous
