Hostel Sofia - Tampere

Comfortable budget accommodation in the centre of Tampere. Hostel Sofia has been named as the Hostel of the Year 2010 by the board of Hostelling International Finland .

Hostel Sofia is located in the centre of Tampere, beside the Cathedral, about 500 metres from the railway station and 1 kilometre from the bus station. Tourist office GoTampere is only 500 m away from the hostel.

Our hostel has 28 rooms (from single rooms to rooms for four persons), altogether 73 beds. There is a table with a chair in twin rooms.

Hostel Sofia has a TV-room and FREE internet access for guests. Wireless FREE internet access in every room.

Beds have mattresses, blankets, sheets, towels and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed for reasons of hygiene. Showers and toilets are in the corridor. Prices include linen and towel. All room types have separate single bed(s), no bunk beds available.

Each floor has a kitchenette with basic kitchen equipment (dishes, cutlery, microwave oven. coffeemaker, electric kettle, refrigerator, oven)
We also have 5 free parking lots.
