There are only 7 compact rooms with own unique style.
According to old house and the purpose of staying at home, Only 2 rooms are ensuite and the rest share clean & homey bathrooms with hot & cold shower including outdoor shower

2. Double Sunroof : TV, DVD Player, Fridge, Teak sofa(shared bathroom) (ABF included + Gourmet Roasted Coffee or Tea as a complimentary) (price : 1,550 Bht )

3. Double Standard (NO window): a SMALL budget room (9x9FT), share bathroom & facilities at common room (ABF NOT included)

All rooms : are air-conditioned, FREE wireless internet, included clean linen, security box, clothes hanger and enough space for you luggage!

Environment Concern and Hostel Policy
1. Smoking is strictly not allowed in all areas at the hostel
2. No joiners & visitors allowed in the resident area except lobby
3. FULL CASH in THB only prepayment is requested at the time of checking in
4. We encourage our guest to reuse linen and towel
5. Check-in time from 2 pm / Check-out time at 12 pm
6. Delay more than 3 hours, please kindly inform otherwise your bed will be re-opened

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Deposit 10% for Hostelworld is NON-Refundable
2. You may cancel your booking in written mail at least 7 days before arrival, without any charges. Less than 7 days - you will be charged for one night's stay
FOR HIGH SEASON (Nov - Jan, Apr)
- You may cancel at least 14 days before arrival, without any charges.
- Less than 14 days - FULL amount charge of every night during high season November - January, April.
