Good: Staff helpful with everything- Joyful free tango lessons on mondays. Less Good: Breakfast preparation makes nosie close to rooms which is not for long-sleepers.

The place and the owners are so nice. It's a really hostel for back packers. The only bad point is the cleanliness. However we enjoy this hostel and the atmosphere !!!

I was very frustrated that I could not charge my stay to my credit card, after I had been able to book a room that way. The fact that only cash was accepted was NOT posted anywhere on the hostel's website. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, even for a backpackers' hostel. I was not expecting much in the way of linen, but we had to ask for towels (twice) and the bed linen looked like it had not been washed in a while. The staff is really great, specially Rafael, who organizes and cheers it all up! The security and the atmosphere wasn't that good, and it was the main reason I check out earlier from the hostel. A computer was stolen from our roomate, and the girl who did it remained there, sleeping at the hostel! And, the most unpleasent thing to us, was the presence of an italian girl (a blond one, with short hair, dance teacher) who kept saying terrible things about brazilian people, with prejudice.

The rooms are around the common places, where there is alot of noise till 3 or 4 in the morning. The hostel wasn't clean and some people got stolen. Would not recommend.

Do not recommend this place to anyone! There shower screens were broken and were not repaired ie no privacy! The location was very close to the City however the locals warned it was a dangerous area. The staff were unhelpful and did not speak Enlish. The rooms are attached to the common room and the guests in the common room were pumping music at 3am. Breakfast was avearge, with coffee and pastries.

We were a bit disappointed by the kitchen's utilities and the cleanliness of the showers. The room had a broken crystal and was very difficult to close the door, the room wasn't cleaned in the whole 4 nights we stayed (we were 2 in a 4 bed mixed room). Very noisy lounge, which affects all of the rooms, as all of the doors open to it. People party in the lounge till late hours. Most of the staff people were very polite and helpful. We wouldn't stay on the same hostel, there are better options.

This was an interesting experience, i think some ppl live here as an apartment, we were in a room with a couple that just got into a motorcycle accident and i think they were laying around naked airing their wounds, its not a bad experience, but hostel sol was an experience, not to be missed if you are into sitting around watching the most odd events ever seen in a hostel transpire....

For us it was a terrible hostel. While we arrived we felt uncomfortable in the common area. When we saw the rooms, dirty sheets and bed, we decided to leave immediately. A bit strange atmosphere, weird guests and a common area where they were smoking and playing music very loud! It looked like all the guests were on drugs or something. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone!

Si vous souhaitez un squatt geant où rencontrer des gens c est le lieu parfait mais gros gros probleme d hygiene (et je parle en routarde de 5 semaines Argentine ET Bolivie). C'est trop grand pour être vraiment caqleureux malgré les couleurs vives. Et le petit déjeuner est très mauvais. On s'est estimé très inspiré d avoir pris une chambre à quatre et non un dortoir. Quasi jamais de fenetre dans les chambres.

Lighting is bad and, coupled with old, short, downward-pointing stairs, can be a bit dangerous. We stayed in a "Private Triple Ensuite" that turned out to be an 8-bed shared dorm rented out to us only. However, when we returned to the hostel after a day out, our door was UNLOCKED - the staff had entered, removed a bunk bed, thrown our bags around, and forgotten to re-lock the door. They also didn't clean the room during the days. Worst hostel shower I've ever seen - 15 sec. of hot water only

a wonderfull place ,very well located,full of good wibe. me encanto',esta lleno de buena onda y el personal es muy cariñoso. one of my favorite around the world.

Bed bugs in beds......... Horrible ! So much noise everynight.

It is a good hostel, I could sleep without noise, the staff was really kind, the only problem was a lack of hot water some hours of the day, mainly in the mornings.

Worst Hostel Ever!! We checked in and the receptionist was completely out of it. Very noisy. Kitchen was a disgrace.

Feels just like home, crazy as I like it to be!!!

Perfect location, nice place, very nice people were staying there at the same time as me. Owner is not so nice or polite, but I would recommend, also because of the shower which is very good.
