Lovely little location with the wine bar next door, not far from the harbour and the tourist district. Beds are extremely tired and one looked like a banana! Bathroom was a bit unpleasant and smelly but that may have been due to the room mates at the time!

Good location, nice hostel, friendly staff. Room was very cramped. No lockers. No kitchen area but cute communal area. Pretty standard hostel.

Had to move rooms each day and given a lousy reason why when we had people come in after us and extend their stay and get to stay in the same room. Both rooms were dirty and the bathrooms were smelly /not clean. One bathroom had a urinal, toilet, 2 hot water systems & a chest of drawers, if you can move in there you are doing magic of some description. Wifi is good, 1 receptionist named Tea is good, location is good, everything else was a let down compared to looking at their hostel world page.

Well, absolutely excellent position (less than 5 minutes to city center) but poor quality beds and towels, which didn't really give an impression of cleanliness, and a terrible smell coming from the shower. No lockers, Yes air conditioning but just in face of the person upon the bunk bed. With few efforts this can be a really good hostel, if mantains that price.

The staff was very gently. Clean, quiet and close to the old town.

I loved my stay here. I ended up booking another 2 nights. Air con rooms were amazing in the heat, the staff was fantastic, and I loved hanging out with other travellers on the patio!

Worst hostel I've ever been with respect to quality/prize rapport. 20 euro for a very small 8 bed room, in my view extremely expensive. Staff quite rude: we were not even shown our room until we went to change some money; no indications of the city and too early check out, 10 in the morning. Bathroom without window with bad smell. Very tiny common areas. Best thing is the location, 15 minutes walk to the old town.

Very clean tidy hostel. Great directions on how to get there from train station. Air con in the dorms was a life saver. Very friendly staff. Needed some sort of common area, everyone ended up hanging out in the reception in the air con.

Very well situated, nice terracy but unfortunately no kitchen and no common room! We had a very good time here because of the people we met! And there is air conditioning

Good location, but a few problems. Wifi was poor, no washing or kitchen facilities, frequent power outages, and staff didn't always have a good understanding of English (but were helpful). Rooms were nice, air con was amazing, and provided towel very handy for the beach.

When we arrived at 7pm one of our beds had not been cleaned. Old sheets left on the bed. The door did not lock and no lockers available or anywhere for valuables. Staff very rude and did not want to speak about spilt or give you any information.

great location easy to walk the whole of old town close to shops and bars. Airconditioned rooms and lockers provided under each bed

Clean but basic, but a good price for a bed and good location

If you want a room with Airconditioning DONT go here. Firstly there wasn't a remote for the aircon in the room so we had to go and ask ... and we were then given the wrong remote... anyway we finally got the remote controller for the right aircon however we had to chose between it dripping all night and being cool or leaving it off and as the window didnt open so this meant staying in a boiling room. Anyway the price was very cheap so cant complain too much as apart from this it was okay.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, the location was good. Good place to stay when you're in Split from Croatia.

This place is quaint and is about a mile from the beautiful beaches of Split. The staff was phenomenal and helped me find bus times and local sites. It as hard to meet and hang out in the hostel since there was no common area. Also didn't have AC or a hot shower the first day. Also was never given a key to my room. I loved the staff's kindness and the cleanliness but there were too many issues for me to want to stay there again. Wouldn't recommend unless you're just passing through for a day

It's a nice, quiet hostel with everything you need. Very basic facilities but it was cozy and did its job well. The staff were all really helpful in any way they could. The wine bar downstairs doesn't want to have anything to do with the hostel though so if your planning on sitting down and reading a book watch out for the staff there.

Great location, people who worked there were nice and it's worth the price!

Great location! Lovely and accommodating staff!

no kitchen but cheap food near by, staff helpful, so close to all sights. good hostel
