What more can i say, then your staying in an olympic stadium. Wicked. Good hostel though. Just needs a lick of paint.

I had the best experience ever staying in this hostel. I met some very cool people and we had so much fun. Though staying in a dorm room, I felt secure and private enough as the room is big and smartly arranged. You will like it too, I guarantee :)

I had there a fantastic time ! The staff was absolutely lovely, everyone was great, the place is easy to find and nicely arranged, the rooms are absolutely HUGE and the full free internet service is the cherry on the cake. Probably one of the best hostels i've been staying in my whole entire life !

i think this hostel could be good if it weren\'t for the way some guests treat it. there are plenty of communal areas, good size kitchens, great staff (helped me get to icehockey) and the beds are comfortable. most of the negatives are caused by the guests staying there. unfriendly. the kitchen was dirty because nobody was cleaning their dishes. in the dorm rooms people were coming in late at night and turning on lights. who does that? i don\'t blame the hostel so much but the people staying th...More

a weird place for hostel but it works. there are many people \"living\" there for months which is strange, not just travellers. the location is bit far from tourist places but if u like to walk it\'s not that bad (30 min casual pace or 20 mins walking fast). the 3T/3B tram which takes you all around central helsinki is only a couple of blocks way. if you get the 1-day tourist pass for 6.80 euros than it\'s good for 24 hours after you validate it. its also good for the ferry to fortress isla...More

Bit of a disappointment to be honest. Felt like a sleeping factory without any real character. Seemed to be a few local vagrants staying as well as just travelers. Such large dorms always mean you'll get at least one snorer too. Not a huge fan, but doesn't seem like Helsinki has too many alternatives.

If their is any word that could describe this hostel it would be the word practical. It doesn't have any special esthetic features but it has lockers in the room and on the hall and the kitchen and dining room are big enough so their is never a crowd. Its not far from the center but if you go in the fall or winter time you should buy a tram ticket. There are only two computers so in the evening their is often a line for the internet.
