The people at the desk were not welcoming. The bathrooms were in a bad shape. The mattresses were torn and too old. I felt that most of the people there were not enjoying their stay. I paid 19 euros for a great hostel in Paris. I paid 22 euros for this one, and not even the location was convenient.

One morning there was a maintenance of the hot water supply between 7:30 and 11 o\'clock. If this maintanance was planned before, why did they chose this special time frame where everybody wants to have a shower. A timeframe between 11 and 17 o\'clock would have been better.

Really nice hostel. You get a lot for what you pay. Great location, great facilities. Would go there again in my next time in Tallin. Really good value for your money.

A very clean and well-maintained hostel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Evenings were great as there was a noise curfew so I was able to sleep comfortably. The location of the hostel is great as one can easily connect themselves onto the 3T tram that hits up most tourist attractions. Not much of a party hostel but got to get a good night's rest in a superbly clean place:)

Hostel is situated not far from the historical center. It took only 20 minutes to get there on foot. Front desk persons were very nice and helpful. Rooms also were ok. Of course it would be better if there was internet not only in caffeteria room, but in guests\' rooms too. What I don\'t like is that it was always dirty in the bathrooms and shower. Housekeeper was rude and noisy. He used vacuum cleaner to clean tables in dining room and to clean the floor the same time, even while we were eating.

I stayed briefly but it was a nice place to kick it for the night! I\'d recommend it to anyone travelling to Helsinki. It\'s also kind of neat to say you stayed at the Olympic Stadium there...

Excellent facilities (though the only complaint I'd have is that the lockers should be in the rooms, not the corridors). Good value breakfast. Felt clean (e.g. you're given sheets and towel on check-in) and warm, comfortable beds with each bed having its own light and power connections for charging laptops etc. The location is the only real downside to this hostel and at check-in, staff could be a little more helpful/forthcoming with tram information/walking directions etc.

Good room. But a bit unclear location. We arrived at night and it was hard to find it at first.

Dorm walls very dirty and stained. Kitchen very dirty. Nowhere to lock up your stuff, inside or outside your room Day staff was great but night staff did not want to be there. Location is very poor compared to quality and price paid for other hostels by the sea in Helsinki, not even a restaurant around! I do not recommend this hostel to anyone, go to the 2 ones in the south like Eurohostel. For the same price, you get so much more in a great location and friendly and helpful staff at any hours!

lokated about 30 min walking from helsinki central station. there wasn't shower in private room and the common shower is very small and disagreeable. In addition, there were 5 beds in twin private, but there supposed to be 2. Breakfasts are not worth 5.7 euros!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Wifi only worked in breakfast/reception area, which was always open. Functional kitchen with cookable food in vending machine. Windows in room don't open, ventilation in room just OK.

That was the worst hostel i've ever been. The kitchen was messed up, the room was dirty and in addition, someone stole our drinks and food (named in the fridge). I'll never come back there, definetely.

I stayed in this hostel is the second time! Cheap price is the only plus! In Helsinki, there is no average prices of hotels or cheap 20 or expensive 70! Я останавливаюсь в этом хостеле уже второй раз! Дешевая цена это единственный плюс!!! В Хельсинки нет средний цены отелей либо дешевые за 20 либо дорогие за 70
