we were shocked when we first arrived as the building was extremly old and in a bad condition. there was no reception just a preson in one of the rooms that takes care about the things (He was a nice guy). All in all, one of the cheapest options for a couple in a private room in rome city center althouugh it was definitly below average.

Clean and tidy but although just 2 min from metro it's a kind of creepy neighborhood specially at night. No wifi. I found that a real drawback in Rome. Staff is good, and security was fine for us since we were in a private room and had the key at all times.

The bathrooms are mouldy and not very clean. If you bring heavy luggage be prepared - it's on the 4th floor and no elevator! The 'kitchen' is in the room, where the guy stays who is watching over the hostel (staff) so we didn't want to use it (disturb him while watching movies...). Although he has internet there's no wifi for the guests. Add to that the thin walls and banging doors which are really disturbing in the night - so it really wasn't our best choice via hostelworlds...

I stayed just 1 night with in a private doublebed. The bedroom was very clean and cozy. The toilet and bathroom were not very clean, but nothing disgusting. Good staff but sometimes the guy just disappears. I wanted to check out and he wasnt there, hahaah. A simple breakfast, a croissant plus a cup of coffee. I would stay again there, but not for the price I paid. Btw, I paid about 55 euros for one night for two people.

no wifi :( it is more like a residential flat letting out rooms instead of a hotel. rooms are quite huge, but with a strangr smell. the hotel owner is pretty nice though
