-They offer a room in a house near the Termini station, third floor without elevator, is considerably cleaner and the guy (who lives there) prepares you a breakfast (coffee and a muffin). For the price, not bad. -Te ofrecen una habitación en una casa cerca de la estación Termini, tercer piso sin ascensor, está considerablemente limpia y el chico (que vive allí) por la mañana te prepara un desayuno (café y un bollo). Para su precio, no esta nada mal.

No wi fi:( but u can have it in the nearby pizza place. The guy was really nice and helpful. Clean bathrooms and excellent location. Nice hostel at the reasonable price:)

We had a nice stay. Room was comfortable and spacious and bathrooms clean. Bit disgusted with a fridge in the room which was smelly and mouldy. Description of the distances isn't quite accurate, as it takes about 15minutes to walk from the train station and to centre it takes about 30minutes. Also I think it should be mentioned on a website that there is NO LIFT in the building and the hostel is on the third floor. As much as I love walking dragging over 20kg suitcase upstairs wasn't fun.

You will pick this one only when you want to save some money and have a place to sleep. But in the end your fine price is increased by 3.50 local tax per day and I would for sure find a better choices in the area knowing that. Location is not very welcoming. Do not get attracted by "breakfast included" - everybody knows it is just coffee and croissant in Italy, but even it was not fresh from bakery but bought who knows when. I only praise surprisingly clean facilities.

The location was good, close to the main train station and in walking distance of some sights. The room was clean, so were the bathrooms and they always had hot water! But the fridge in the room was broken and the manager will only bring breakfast if you specify the exact time you want it! This isn't bad except he's never really around! Also no air conditioning even though it says there is!

Some good positives include washing line and balcony. Close to some hidden gems but a little way from main tourist attractions. Good security flawed slightly as returned to find room door left open after cleaning, despite definitely leaving it locked. Two extra locked external doors. Bedding wasn't the cleanest, but staff generally friendly.

Near Termini Central station, clean and quiet!
