A very disappointing place to stay. With the exception of one staff member, staff not welcoming/friendly. Security poor. Breakfast inadequate. Not a clean feeling about the place. I was bitten by bed bugs on the first night.The staff didnt believe me for two days, until we asked for our money back and left. Now at a much nicer place! Hot water was non-existant and the bathroom was foul.Breakfast was a joke and the staff were very unhelpful. The hostel is a bit difficult to find and away from the main central area of town. It is pretty dirty and the organization poor (we have found our things in different places we have left them). The kitchen facilities were pretty poor. Two small cooker rings is totally inadequate. The toaster was two small.Basic implements missing, no tin opener, no tea towels.Not enough hot water in roomsand it kept stopping.The kitchen facilities were pretty poor.
