This was by far the best hostel we have stayed in so far and we have been travelling South America for 3 months. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning lady! The beds were comfy, rooms were cosy and immaculate and the showers were HOT! Everywhere was cleaned regularly, breakfast was included, the bar was ambient with a good selection of drinks & discounts for people staying at the hostel and internet was available all the time as there were 3 computers & a laptop to use.

It`s a really nice hostel. The showers are hot, the bathrooms are reasonably clean, the beds are confortable. There`s a really nice bar, in which the guests usually drink something, listen to some good music and talk before they go out, at night. I`ve really enjoyed the atmosfere.

This was my second hostel in Bogota, and by far the best. Nice courtyard area for sitting in the sun and meeting people. Friendly atmosphere, good lockers, clean bathrooms.

We stayed here for three days and only on the last day could a staff member speak english. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.

Sue is really a good hostel, with a lot of space to meet people, good staff, really central position in Candelaria and close to Transmilenio station, nice breakfast, many bathrooms, internet wifi, ping pong table.. one of the best I stayed during my trip along Colombia...

most peoples comments were fairly accurate; good showers and reasonable staff (nice cleaning lady), ping pong table and bar may keep some rooms awake.

Thnks God I booked through Hostelworld, because eventhough we established the price , they tryed to give them more with $13 per night, but when I comment and they looked in my reservation at the price, they don't have other choice. I will not recomend to my friends this hostel.

I really enjoy this place and the people who work here.. they remembered me from the first time i stayed there 10 months ago at the start of my trip. Patricia is a sweetheart.. she was having lunch one day and saw us come in wet from the rain and got up from her lunch ran to get towels for us to dry off with. Oscar and Andrea are also amazing!!! i sincerely love this hostel and the people that work here

We booked a double ensuite through hostelworld. We read other reviews and knew that it was a separate apartment from the actual hostel itself, we were expecting that. When we first arrived we gave the lady at the desk a copy of our booking, so she knew we booked a double. We waited nearly 2 hours for our room to be cleaned. Once it was ready we were taken for a walk about 5 minutes away to a dingy apartment building and shown to a room with 2 twin beds. We ended up staying elsewhere.

Great hostel, breakfast could use some extras, but the price is cheap so what can you expect. The only thing we found a bit annoying was that there was a lot of dust in our room. It looked like there hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Still a great hostel and definitely worth a visit!

Very comfortable bed (perhaps the best in s. america - 8 months in), hot shower, very social, and a well designed common area. However - we booked a double room with bath but were told we had to go to another building which wasn't as safe and was noisy. Also the breakfast always seemed to run out early, the wifi didn't always work, and the staff weren't always that helpful. Also if you were staying in a dorm, the rooms were always open, and lockers small.
