It's a good location to be, and a hostel bigger than the avarage, I like it. But staff in general was very very very uncommunicative. In reception they don't seem that they want to talk to you at all. There was just one nice guy, and his name is Humberto (thank you!). All the others were rude or negligent. It is a very noisy place too, they should fix the elevators door (they keep bumping so loud all night long). Well.. it's a hostel. But could be better about small stuff. Overall I had a great stay at the hostel, it was in a perfect location. Staff were very courteous and friendly.
