We had contacted the hostel in advance to do the city tour/rugby tour, neither of which materialized and I was completely understanding about this. However, this was followed by no hot water! I was told I could go shower in the other hostel but was due to leave for the Tango show which left no time for this. I was unimpressed that the staff member told me that 30 minutes would be fine for a guy (as if I was being unreasonable for wanting longer than that!!!).

It is superbly located, the staff are very nice. The day I arrived I got dinner for free and was gooood! Breakfast is a bit poor. The room was Ok, but they could have an extra blanket for winter nights, despite the heater (honestly I didn't try it). Very quiet at night because the club is at the basement, far from the rooms, this was really good! I left a pair of brand new sunglasses and they kept it for me. I intend to stay there again, no doubt!

It was my second time there and it's even better. The location is the best, near of the many landmarks, so you can take a walk and to other further places, there is a subway station pretty close. Rooms are cozy and spacious. The enviroment is awesome, the common area is the best I´ve ever seen in the hostels I've been. There is a club, Fusion, really nice to spend some time or get ready before hang out.

Excellent location, close to practically every important sites of the city. Very polite staff. Very clean. Two negative aspects: - a stupid bracelet you must wear to enter the hostel - don't take the cab appointed by the hostel, it's cheaper if you go the to the street and get one there.

This was a good hostel in an excellent location. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, with questions, advice, organising football tickets for us, etc. The rooms were pretty good and the beds reasonably comfortable. No complaints. They were also extremely good about the fact that we accidentally got our dates wrong and turned up a day later than we'd booked. (Thanks, guys!)

Good: . Great location . Good infrastructure . "Free" walking tours Bad: . The free dinner is terrible (and, not stated on their description, you have to buy a drink to have it) . Breakfast is average, but the tables are always very dirty because trays are not available and clean cups are not always available (can you drink a coffee on a plastic plate?) Be aware of Buenos Aires: Taxi drivers are the most dishonest I ever seen (are true criminals)

Very clean and hotel quality double room for the price of a hostel room! Good, central location and we were able to walk from the bus station. This place is huge, and run like a factory with people always on the move so it is not suited to meeting people or doesn't have the cozy vibe of other places we have stayed in where you get to know people and the staff. Probably would. Stay in a smaller hostel next time.

We were only men in this room. The first night I found long (woman) hairs in the bathtab.. the second one, the same story, One of my friends found more women hair in his bed. Unfortunately no women slept with us this time.

The hostel is really well located, just in the middle of one of the most important streets in Buenos Aires, and near there you have all ways of getting a bus or a subway. The worst part of all was that we had some unforeseen facts that they got too much time to solve: when I arrived there the locker was broken, in the second day there was a lack of energy just in the room I was and we had a problem in the toilet that they last a whole day to try to fix.

Had a top few nights in this hostel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, not just for organising our time in Buenos Aires but also our onwards travel to El Calafate. Went on the organised pub crawl which was a lot of fun - the hostel has a constant stream of activities which they lay on for the guests. Location is excellent, on the bustling Av. Florida, and easy to walk to Cemeteria de La Recoleta. Our bedroom and bathroom was cleaned and bed mades every day, felt very relaxed here.
