Helpful with english speaking, very accomodating for non fluent spanish speaking people, staff were always very approachable. Great nightlife oppurtunities, great hostel friends to be made here!!

Excelent staff and ambient, just the security could be a little harder (you don't need to show anykind of document nor the keys to enter the hostel).

I arranged the transfer from EZE to the hostel. I received the confirmation on my e-mail. I was schedule to be picked up at the meeting point between 06:00pm - 06:15pm. I arrived at the meeting point around 05:45pm. I waited there until 06:45pm, and nobody showed up to pick me up. I complained about it at the hostel. In the early morning I check out, I explained again to the front desk that checked me out (unfortunately I forgot his name), and he was very helpful. Shutte back to EZE was free.

This hostel says that they offer "free shuttle" service to every guest who want it and book it 2 days before arrival...that's not true i send them three email trying to make a reservation of the free shuttle service from the Ezeiza Int. Airport to the Hostel Suites Florida and NOBODY answer my emails the hole week ...So what they say in their website about the shuttle service is such a lie!

Everything was perfect, until a thief breaks into our room and steal our things. Although there were surveillance cameras, It took some time to identify the guy because they did not know how to operate the internal security system. That's sad because the staff is awesome, and the place is really really nice. I had a really great time there. Unfortunately, lacks in security. Tudo estava perfeito, até um ladrão entrar no nosso quarto e furtar nossas coisas. O Hostel é ótimo, só falta segurança.

The location is excellent. It is possible to go to many famous points just walking.

I found the hostel great, but who wanted to enter the hostel was just what was going say hi and how he had only two elevators was easy to have access to the rooms. As for cleaning ... The hostel is clean but the rooms was not totally to my liking. Thank you.

its a huge hostel more like a hotel, where you need to be in line to talk to the staff and they are never really helpful. not fun at all and our bathroom smelled like sewer!

Great location and great price. But the staff attendance collaborates to keep the myth about the bad attendance of agentinian people. They don't make any efforts to help you.
