The kitchen is way too small for so many people staying there and the double room had an "open" shower right next to the toilet. So every shower basically flodded the whole bathroom and toilet. But stuff was very nice, everything was clean.

Really liked my stay in this hostel. Staff members were very kind and always willing to help. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was great. The only problems I came across with were that my room didn't have lockers so we just had to trust the other stranger girl in the room. And that the kitchen is way too small for a hostel so big (and only two stoves were working). If you are looking for a good sleep, this is your place.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Standard hostel but not so easy to meet other backpackers. Lacks a social area and breakfast was just awful.

I'm only leaving this review because they emailed me five times to ask me to do so. The hostel is sparkling clean, the staff is fantastic, everyone is incredibly nice. Breakfast was great, location fantastic. Only problem is there is no common area other than a kitchen and dining room. There is no where to sit and relax. Please build a common / relaxation area!

We had a great stay at Hostel Suites Mendoza, felt very comfortable. There's a travel agency to book activities and the staff helped us a lot

The private room for 3 persons was very small especially the bathroom. However the breakfast was good. Taking into account the expensive price of the room for the smallest size of it, I would not recommend to stay in this hotel for a trip in Mendoza.

Very big hostel. Booked 10 bed dorm but it was a dorm with 2 rooms - one with 6 beds and one with 4 beds so was good. The bathroom smelled of eggs! The staff were very helpful. Security isn't the best as the just let anyone in and don't know if your staying there. Kitchen big enough for 1 person. Location great.

The hostel staff were incredibly helpful, among the most helpful I have ever met. The set up is efficient and professional. But the room was awful, hot like a sauna and the bunks were shaky, I worried they would fall down.

The hostel was full and there was only one member of staff on duty so people had to wait a long time to have questions answered or to check in. The hostel is close to the centre of town but in a grimy neighbourhood with many bus stops and fast food places nearby. There are much nicer parts of town stay. There was A/C in our room which was a good thing.

All the hostels in Mendoza are subpar, you won't find a great one. This hostel was average. They have tours you can book with the hostel and some nights they free drinks. Everyone kind of kept to themselves. Great thing about this hostel is the AC. You will need AC in Mendoza!

My toilet was totally rotten because of the shower and the water get in to the bedroom. It's sad that such a nice hotel with great stuff and athmosphere have so terrible rooms! Also my towel was dirty. Good thing is, that the hotel has shampoo and soap in the room. Excursiones are important.
