From Ministro Pistarini International Airport (Ezeiza):

Alternately, you can take a taxi. This is a faster but more expensive option. It should take around 40 minutes to get to the hostel and cost nearly $30USD (or AR$120) and the entire journey should be by highway.

From Retiro Bus Station:
Take the Line C subway in the direction of Constitucion and get off at Lavalle station, just three blocks from our hostel. Please print the map above to help you find your way from there.

Alternately, a taxi will cost around $8USD (AR$24) and will take 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
