The hostel is ideally located in near the Obelisco. Unlike the main Florida HS, it doesn´t benefit from a bar but you can buy beers and soft drinks from reception. The facilities are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very basic with mini bread rolls, Frosties type sweet cereal, and oranges/bananas. The internet access is intermittent - recommend bringing own tablets/computers.

Great location, an old building with good character. Bad points were the lock on my door was a bit flimsy but worked and wi fi is strong but only in the common area. Good breakfast and good value for BA. I shared a bathroom with 2 other rooms so it was almost always free.

Casual, fun atmosphere, but run very professionally! If you want to be in the city center, I highly recommend this hostel. Very helpful and kind staff.

Unbelievable value for what you pay. Clean rooms and bathrooms, good breakfast, fast internet, lots of space and your bed is made everyday! Would definitely stay there again.

This is a great hostel. I loved the staff and they were both helpful and fun. The atmosphere was welcoming and I enjoyed being here. We booked a soccer game through the hostel and it was really cool, like nothing I had ever seen before. Our room got cold but they brought us a heater. One of the showers had low pressure but I just used another on a different floor and it worked very well.

Staff is wonderful, but if you get one of the rooms facing the perpetually busy Corrientes, don't expect to sleep very much for the cacophony of honks punctuating the day beginning early.

I'd just say I'd recommend it at all. The only missing thing is a firdge per floor to have our drinks cooled. I'd remark cleanliness for both restrooms and bathrooms, and also all personel working there have great character and always willing to help.

More like a hotel, not really a friendly helpful staff and no atmosphere.

all in all, a pretty decent hostel with good value for money. I booked a single room and got a double, which was very good. Wifi in the common room was usually quite fast and the breakfast, though basic, was all you can eat style. problems include a mosquito problem, a toilet cleaning issue (check under the toilet seat sometimes people), and the fact that there is no Wifi in the bedrooms

Everything about the hostel was good except two things - the kitchen is tiny for so many people which makes a big difference when you are travelling on a budget. The other thing was that the reception staff allowed someone in our dorm to bring a non guest into the dorm room in the middle of the night. This is a security risk for all guests as everyone sleeps with the doors open and we couldn't get any sleep, guess why. Otherwise good - good showers, good lounge area, good DVD room etc.
