Great place to stay, awesome location and friendly staff. The staff is always willing to help out with your travels, they booked my bus and next hostel for me, which I was extremely pleased with as well. Everything is near this area too so it's convenient to have everything within walking distance. I highly recommend this hostel.

Great hostel in Palermo. Really close to the subway and main bus routes. Also great location for drinks in Palermo. Veronica on the travel desk was amazing and booked a lot of stuff for us. They also stored a bag for us for 3 weeks whilst we toured Patagonia. We are staying there again when we return to BA after our Patagonia trip.

i think that the area for eating coulb be more atractive...

A very good place to stay at Bs As, the rooms are clean and the staff really nice. The only negative points would be the bad quality of the wifi, and the fact that there is no AC.

Bathroom was pretty small but overall pretty happy. Great staff!

Overall pretty good, Great staff and atmosphere. The ensuite bathroom was pretty bad in our room though. Tiny and patchy hot water. Still happy with it overall!

We were 3 guys staying at the hostel for about 12 days in total. Especially BIG thanks to Veronica and Jorge at the reception for the level of service they offered with booking flight- / bus- / tour tickets. They are very professional and could as well work in the reception of a big international hotel !

This hostel has a great Travel agent named Veronica. She helped us planning our trip by giving the best advise and booking our bustickets.

Veronica was great at check-in and Natalia and Juan were also very helpful during our stay. Good location in Palermo, but not the best hanging out areas in the hostel. Good hostee if you want a laid back place as opposed to a big party.

An extremely nice hostal runned by an extremely nice staff

Went for a double room with twin beds. Aircon good and nice and clean. Only bad thing as for my experience was the shared bathrooms. The one on my floor was broken so had to make some walk to use bathroom and shower. Friendly staff! Free coffee all day. Can recommend the place but go for the dorms instead, more value for money I believe unless you get your own bathroom. Good location in Palermo, many nice restaurants, clubs and cafes around!

The shower was cold.

Room and bed allocation is a joke. On my 1st night, someone came into the room and 3am and told me to get out of their bed. I had informed staff twice that there was stuff on all the beds, and was assured those people had moved out. I was informed of room change only when I went to pay early, and other room smelled of damp. I refused to move, and was told that I could get a refund and move out because there were no other rooms. Staff blamed hostelworld mixing up the reservation.

The toilet in the double room was too small, we could barely open the door and the guy in the reception was a little bit unhappy when we arrived but he got better in the next day. The rest was very good, the neiborhood is very nice and the hostel is very close to the subway station. I recomend this hostel either for people who want party or to relax.

Nice hostel, staff were helpful, breakfast was quite nice. I had a private room, so i can't comment on the dorms, but the private rooms were nice and clean and good value compared to a hotel room. The bathroom in the private room is very very small. I could barely get between the wall and the basin to get to the shower and I'm average sized. It was difficult to use the bathroom because of its size, but it was still a nice room.

Overall l like the service, everything. l was lucky to get a room with air condicioning which was nice due to the hot weather. the only thing that could get better was to have hot coffee, the breakfast is decent though. l would definitetly go back to this hostel in another opportunity. l didnt like that they wanted to charge an extra 10 percent to pay with debit card.

Very good location. Friendly staff. Good terrace. Very clean. Comun area good to make new friends, eat and drink something and smoke a cigarrete. Im gonna miss there and if I return to BA, im gonna stay there!
