the darkest place I have ever been to. Also the staff wasn´t helpful at all, I gave 30 dollars as a deposit fee for the key, and at the end of my stay they couldn´t give it back to me in dollars, only pesos, with a very bad rate, and I was leaving Argentina, so pesos were totally useless for me. I should have received back the same money I gave as a deposit.

Most friendly and helpful staff I have come across!

This appears to be a nice hostel. However, once you scratch beneath the surface, and by that I mean spend more than about 5 minutes in the communal areas; you find out they're a tad over zealous with the 'air freshener' - it was truely repugnant. I wanted to kill myself. We opted to stay in as we had an early flight the next day and chose a film from their extensive collection - however, as good as Di Caprio is in Blood Diamond, it wasn't enough to compete with the staffs choice of music

Bed were shockingly uncomfortable but the staff are very helpful.

Good sitated hostel, close to the supte (Metro). Also close to many bars and restaurants. Helpful staff. Very noisy in the morning (cleaning ladies).

Overall a good hostel, although not as close to the centre of Palermo as I'd have liked-I didn't realise this when booking. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful-they let me stay a little longer after check out time as I was ill with food poisoning, however one girl in particular could be quite rude at times too when you asked her for information. A bit concerned about safety in our room as there were bars on the windows and we were right at the back with no emergency exits. Good breakfast

I DID NOT LIKE THE PERSONAL. NOT THE ROOMS.IS NOT NICE OR PROFESSIONAL AS THE ONE IN CALLE FLORIDA, THAT HS IS MUCH BETTER, NICE AND MODERN. ONLY THE CLEANING LADIES WERE NICE AND HELPFULL IN PALERMO. THE FRONT DESK WERE ALLWAYS MODY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WAS DISAPOINTED. ONLY THE LOCATION IS PERFECT. FOR ANYBODY. NO CREO Q VUELVA, NI SE LO VOY A RECOMENDAR A NADIE. NECESITAN GASTAR UN POCO DE PLATA EN MODERNIZAR EL LUGAR Y HACERLO MAS CONVENIENTE Y MEJOR PERSONAL.GRACIAS

decent hostel, nice area, just a few minutes to the metro, friendly staff, very clean

All the staff I interacted with - Veronica, Andres, Luis - were great! I had to make some unforeseen changes to my vacation plans and was a little stressed. Veronica was incredible at putting me at ease and helping me figure out how to make these changes. I recommend this place highly!

Not the best place for us to stay.. the location is good, close to the action, but for me it is a bit to unpersonal... Rooms are a bit pricey for what you get, and I missed a nice communal area where it's nice to meet some new people - and a BBQ on the rooftopterrace -

We had a good time in Buenos Aires. The hostel was good and the stuff friendly and mostly helpful. Just the laundry service is not working. Our Laundry was laying two days at the reception without to be done.

Wonderful staff. Natalia (the manager) is very responsive and friendly. The whole staff is awesome!

the location was great, we loved staying in palermo, it was the best neighbourhood in BA. The hostel was really nice too, clan, nice staff, everybody was really helpfull and we were really hapy with our stay.

I got a room without window and wothout air conditioning. There was so stuffy. A small bottle of water cost 15 pesos. The bathroom was very dirty.

Very god hostel- clean, secure and staff are great. Thanks for making my stay in buenos aires and the palermo area enjoyable. I will recommend the hostel to friends :)

There were a lot of rules, and the staff was very strict.

Great location in a building with lots of charm. We really enjoyed our stay there even though the beds were a little shaky. Staff was very friendly, hostel was very clean.

An average hostel in a very good location. The rooms are nothing special, and most the staff is not overly friendly - but they will help you with what you need. The hostel is fine to stay in in if you don't care much about the atmosphere.

Great location in Palermo, lots of communal space, including outside. Rooms were pretty clean, but kitchen was very small to cook in. Some of the staff were great, really helpful booking buses etc, but one of the guys had a real attitude problem, not sure why. Not the best hostel ever but worth it for the location.

We got the room above the TV-room and it was just excellent.
