The hostel was great. Good beds and pillows. They had hot water all time. The breakfast was not that good, i stayed at hostels with better breakfast in Argentina. The only thing that was horrible was this girl from the staff. She was a Brazilian girl who worked there, with japanese eyes. She was the worse, not friendly at all and really rude.

The hostel staff was good and helpful, the 6-bed mix-dorm we stayed in was nice and air-conditioned, the bathroom was good. I checked in the hostel in the evening, dropped my bag in the room under a bed to indicate it was taken, and left to go out. There were no markings on the beds so it was grab-as-you-like. I was surprised to return in the night and find some girl already sleeping on the bed! May be I should have kept some stuff on the bed itself to indicate it was taken.

We had a big issue with keys that never opened the door of the room we have booked. The girl at the reception said she didn't know how to open because it was her first day and she wasnt able to leave the reception to help us cause she was by herself. The matter took a little while but it was solved by an upgrade to a better room that night. Anyway, keys are big issue to solve in this hostel, everyone was complaining about their bad work on open doors. Watch out for fee of 50 pesos on lost keys!

Located in a slightly less fancy part of Palermo, though very close to the underground station. A bit noisy in the morning if you're staying in rooms facing the street or the courtyard. Bed sheets changed daily. Very helpful, English-speaking staff. Fridge with soft drinks and beer in the lobby always a nice bonus. Worn off bathrooms a bit of a put off.

for it's price, the infraestructure could have more maintenance.

Good hostel overall, the computers could be updated and be made faster, but most facilities were great. All the receptionists were nice, however some were much better than others and would help you a lot more with what you needed.

It was great except the night recepyionist took a long time to sign me in as he was chatting on line at the same time. Normally, this wouldnt bother me but I got in at one in the morning. He was also not helpful. The day staff was amazing, great food, great vibe.

Nice hostel, nothing special but I would recommend it. Not enough utensils, plates, bowls etc in the kitchen. Good roof top but the lights were not working which was a shame.

The hostel is in a good neighbourhood (Palermo). The hostel wasn't bad, but it wasn't that special either. The thing I liked about this hostel is that is has huge lockers!

rooms which are facing to the patio are really loud and (i know it is a hostel, it is not the right form of accomodation for me) the staff is not caring if the people sitting and drinking in the patio at 2.00 am. but if you call the attention of the staff it helps you immediately and is very friendly! i think it is not possible to let the guests wash dishes. i have never been to a hostel before, may it be that this is custom but for me it is quite weird when i pay money. breakfast was ok.

They clean your room everyday and the kitchen stays orderly. They have wii, a dvd room and plenty of games available if you get bored. Really close to Palermo metro on the green line. A 15 minute walk to the bars, but very close to a grocery store.

Bathrooms were pretty bad. Shower basically right on top of the toilet. Also toilet had some bad water issues. Also don't let the staff make a voucher for a taxi for you. I got overcharged by a ton. Just get a metered taxi.

Good place to stay, close to Plaza Italia and Palermo. The bathrooms were bit small and did not all have warm water. The Wifi was reasonable most of the times. Breakfast OK. Some rooms have a fan.
