Staff very friendly, special mention to Veronica! I stayed in a private room, very clean and safe area. Breakfast is not amazing though. Would definetly recommand! you can pay in reais, dollars and pesos! They book the taxi for you and organize trips and activities.

The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and really go out of their way to provide you with advice (no exception, each staff member). Although there are other hostels that come close to the full package that Palermo Suites offers the staff and service really make the difference!

The hostel is quite good considering it's an old house of 1900... But there isn't much comfort when you need a place to strech your legs after walking the whole day. The first floor rooms are quite noisy 'cos it's in front of the patio where you find plastic chairs and tables to hang out. They also don't have any air circulation (no windows), no air conditioning or fans... Quite a hard time getting to sleep in hot nights. You have to insist to get good information with the staff.

Not really a whole lot to say about the hostel - it was pretty bland. Not a bad place to stay by any means, but nothing that memorable either. If you want to do some shopping and chilling out eating and drinking at cafes the place is great, but we found it semi inconvenient for sightseeing and when we really wanted to party. If you're looking for the former, stay here; if you're looking for the latter, look for somewhere in Recoleta.

I'd recommend the hostel to people heading to BA, argentina. Palermo Tube station is close by, the staff were always very helpful for trips and getting about. Rooms are spacious for a hostel and beds were comfy. Showers aren't nowt special but they were hot so thats fine by me. I didn't try the breakfasts so can't comment on that. Thanks

Really good place to stay, a bit crowdy during breakfast... so sometimes the food and the tables were not enough, but other than that it's a very nice place to go

First of all, the hostel is dirty - especially the bathrooms. Did not seem to be cleaned very thourougly. The breakfast is okay, but no matter what time they are always out of something - bread, clean cutlery, plates etc. So you have to start each day by cleaning dishes after someone else and asking them to refill whatever is empty. The staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable. Whatever we asked them, they rarely had the answer and in many cases they could not help us find it either.

It's a lovely place where you can meet very nice people and rest while you are walking through the Buenos Aires streets.

It is a great place to come to if you just want to be by youself, which was my initial thought, but I found it was harder to talk to people here, there wasnt much of a 'vibe' there, the staff were friendly, but took a little time to warm up.

Stayed at Hostel Suites Palermo for a week and had a great time. The girls who work on reception were really helpful, friendly and always available to assist. Thanks to them, they made our stay in BA such a positive experience.

I had a room with 3 other girls and our own bathroom. The bathroom was clean, water was hot, room was comfortable and the sheets were clean too. The other girls in my room were great - loved how it was not a party hostel, but totally chill. Free internet in the lobby was a plus, phone calls were dirt cheap and convenient. Staff was VERY helpful and kind. I have no complaints, I would totally stay here again.
