From Foz do Iguazu (Brazil) Bus Station (rodovia): Take a bus to the urban Bus St. and then, another to the Puerto Iguazu Bus Station.
From Airport (Argentina): Taxi $100, Minibus $25 per person.
From Airport (Brazil): Taxi $150.
