We booked a dobbleroom and checked 3 times per emails and get the dobbleroom confirmed, because we read already in a guide book that reservations where not hold very serious in the past. However, when we arrived a dobbleroom was not available and there was no friendly apologize...we spent 3 nice days in peter pan hostel, that was very clean, friendly and helpful...

La chambre était petite, malodorante, humide et nous y avons trouvé des cafards de 3cm en allant nous coucher (plusieurs!!!); la salle de bain était dans un état déplorable (porte pourrie en bas, paquets de cheveux dans l'écoulement de la douche...) qui ne donnait absolument pas envie de se laver, à peine de mettre les pieds dans la salle de bain. Arrivés à 17h, nous sommes partis de l'hôtel à 23h, avec d'autres clients.

During our stay at sweet hostel sweet there was a lot of construction going on, that started very early in the morning 7.30am, we were told it wouldn't start till 9am. Rooms were not very clean and the bathrooms were average. But on the up side the free breakfast was amazing, best Ive had during my stay in South America. Security was very poor, felt uncomfortable leaving our valuables in our rooms.

i think that this may be a nice place to stay if you´ve a room of your own but take my advice - DO NOT book into the 10 bed dorm. it is tiny, cramped, the bathroom is frankly a disgrace, and the airconditioner was on its very last legs. the location however is terrific.

location is decent near the bus terminal but it is under construction still and you'll be awake early. Breakfast omellete is good and staff are helpful. Pool is fine too. Security could be a bit better.
