I wanted to cancel my reservation but they never answered the phone or read my email.

The wifi was good, but that's about all. There is no elevator and every 20-30 people had to share one bathroom. The bunk beds had curtains on the, which was pretty cool, and the lockers were decent. Staff was not mean but not very friendly either and didn't give me a map or point out the highlights of the city like most other hostels do. I don't remember what I paid for it but I hope it wasn't more than 10 euro a night, that's about what it's worth.

There's no hot water during the morning and no soap to wash hands in the toilet.

I had a really bad experience in this hostel. If you are carrying quite a bit of luggage, it is a pretty long walk from the station. The location is pretty crappy in Torino, 30 mins from center. The dorm was not great, but liveable. The night I was there it was just me and this other person who fricking screamed in the night and scared the sleeping daylights out of me. Staff was indifferent, no smile, no welcome, nothing. NO KITCHEN. Bad access to transport. Worst hostel I've stayed in so far.

I only stayed for a night. It was average -the room and bathroom were clean, and there are lockers in the rooms (you can borrow a padlock from reception with a 5 euro deposit). The room, however, was stuffy and the location is quite far away from the centre of town. I didn't see any common areas, other than a sofa next to reception.

The staff I encountered were unfriendly and surly, and there was no hot water! The area it's in is ok, but very quiet and a long way from centre.

Bit pricey considering what you get, could do with a bit of an upgrade, pretty run down, very basic hostel, I am sure that you could do better in Turin...

This is a new hostel, and they are getting things right. The only questionable characteristic of the place is that they have a 130am curfew.

It just has one good thing: High Speed Internet for free. A bed and thats it. Nothing else. The attached bathrooms can hardly be called bathrooms with no privacy at all. No soap or anything was provided. Towel lying on the floor.
